  • Episode 101 | Monday Message With Frantzces Radical Acceptance

Radical acceptance is this notion that we accept people with all that they have and with all that you have to accept them with.

Because when we don't conflict develops in those relationships, we become angry and resentful. It makes it difficult for us to see the people we love, in loving ways.

But acceptance doesn't mean to allow yourself to be abused or mistreated, it doesn't mean that you sidestep issues, but what it does mean is accepting people for who they are, and then moving on.

It's natural to see the potential in people and want to see things differently for them. But ask yourself, is it for them or is it for you? The more you want to see their lives differently the more conflict it creates.

Especially if that person isn't ready to see it the way you see it. And even more so if that person isn't ready for a change.

So how do you manage a situation like this?

In this episode, Frantzces talks about the three stages of radical acceptance and why it's so important to begin to practice it. Doing so, not only brings more peace into your life but also helps you to better manage your relationships.

You can check out my story in Episode 1 Part 2 and you can get more details about my journey from our webinar From Novice To Nomad: The Ultimate Blueprint To Moving Abroad.

  • Episode 100 | Celebrating The Podcast Journey & Life Abroad

We are celebrating our 100th episode! We can't believe we've reached this amazing milestone.

All because of all of you, thank you for your support, thank you for downloading, listening, sharing, commenting and all of that good stuff.

Your comments and encouragement keep us going. We did something a little differently, we went live on Instagram completely off script to connect with you, our audience.

We talked about how the show got started and how we sat on this idea for quite a few months before actually just doing it. It goes to show you, the world is in need of whatever idea you're sitting on.

We also share about our time abroad, and how we lived in a three bedroom two bath house (with all the fixings) for under $600 a month. You'll listen to the changes we've experienced, the community we've encountered and all of the connections we've made over time.

In this episode, you'll be inspired by the following:

    1. Don't sit on your ideas, just get it out there no matter how messy it may seem.

    2. You don't need to completely sell all of your things, just do a trial run to test out what living abroad feels like.

    3. Continue to tap into your network for support. You never know who might be able to support you along your journey.

Thank you again! Be sure to leave us a review, send us an email, DM. anything, we'd love to support you as much as you've supported us.

  • Episode 98 | Monday Message With Frantzces When We Force Things

Have you ever had the feeling that you're just forcing it? Like no matter what you do it's just not working out. It's not working in your favor. Like, you're trying to make something work that may not be for your highest good.

You know, that whole forcing a circle into a square sort of thing. We force things all the time and sometimes we're able to catch it quickly enough and then other times, we have to go through it until we're ready to let it go.

What happens we force things? When we literally go out of our way in every which way to see how we can make something work.

When we continue to hold on to and grasp on to things, it turns into toxicities in our bodies and our lives. It creates more work than it's actually worth. But why do we really do it? Why do we have such a hard time recognizing that this may not be for us?

Because typically we want to see what we want to see. Because seeing how it really is, shows us the truth. How our life truly is.

Listen, as Frantzces explores why we force things and what we can do about it.

We really love hearing from you, so if you have a question, a comment, or concern feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]

  • Episode 92 | Monday Message With Frantzces Stories Of Triumph

Last week Frantzces talked about personal responsibility. We received an email about how could we be responsible for the horrible things in our lives.

Of course, you're not responsible for the terrible things that happened to you, but ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing. At some point, you have to be an active participant in your life to create a life that you're proud of.

So this led her to talk about how we aren't immune to bad stuff happening in our lives, no matter who we are, no matter what our status, we all experience some serious hardships.

But even within those hardships, there are ways in which you too can persevere through some of the darkest in moments. By doing so you build your character and your resiliency.

When we have a much bigger calling pulling us, we're able to push through with even more diligence when things hit the fan.

Listen, as Frantzces explores a bit more about triumphing through tragedy and clarifies personal responsibility.
