We're all re-adjusting to life right now (Lockdown vibes). But my mate Paul chats about having to re-adjust your everything, when your son is diagnosed with Autism. Telling me how your baseline re-sets from the aspirational dreams of what your child may become, to the simple goal of making a friend. His emotion and love for Oliver is tangible as you listen and as he shares the fear he once had of never having a conversation with the boy her adores, we learn with the right support, kindness and empathy of others, there is hope and light. He's a Dad who's learnt to juggle two kids with resilience and has found joy in a little time for himself through the mindfulness of rock-climbing... I think Paul is a bit of a super-hero - as Dads go!

*A tough listen in parts & a few naughty words* - What if your defining moment is realising that actually it's not quite that easy to fall in love with your baby? Sarah talks so openly about her Postnatal illness. Speaking candidly about her darkest thoughts but also her determination that 'things do get better' and in the end there is beautiful bonds to be formed down the line, which is ok for both Mum and babies. She then shares how this experience has shaped her mindset in taking a leap to another defining moment in work and how she is a little more wise and empathetic from it all.

Above all in both these defining moments, Sarah shows that it's being proactive yourself that makes all the difference and how now the kids are older she is carving the way for them to be open about their own mental wellness
