Principal Sanon serves at a charter school in East Boston. I have the pleasure of knowing and watching Principal Sanon's journey in education from it's inception to the present. She currently serves as the Head of School at a charter in East Boston. Prior to that, she worked as the Senior Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Charter Public School in Lawrence, MA. Principal Sanon holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Brain & Cognitive Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

In this conversation we discuss equitable grading practices, accountability as an educator and "professional" attire.
