We are on our last day of October 2020!
In support of psychological wellbeing, Chrysalists is conducting a series of practices and exercises to encourage better mental and emotional wellbeing and health for the whole month.
Psychological health and wellbeing has a great impact on physical health and wellbeing. So, just like taking care of our physical health and wellbeing, through keeping active, noticing our nutrition and diet, this month-long simple practices serves as light exercises and nutrition for our psychological wellbeing diet.
For a slightly more rigorous and intensive "training programme", join in the 8-Week Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement programme. I promise you, it will be enriching and rejuvenating.
