Chuck would elect 30 anonymous voters who live, eat and breathe baseball and it’s history and he has a plan for how the voting sessions should go.

Gary Sheffield was left off on his 10th year, meaning he will not be inducted into the Hall unless the veterans committee votes him in, which we assume they will.
