A plot has been going on in the Church now for a couple of decades where homosexuality is attempting to be being normalized. As with any plot, there is the plan and the plotters.
First, the plotters — the point man is Fr. James Martin, the pro-gay Jesuit priest and the high-ranking and influential prelates who publicly support him: Chicago's Cdl. Blase Cupich; Newark's Cdl. Joseph Tobin; Cdl. Kevin Farrell, prefect of the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life in Rome; and numerous gay-cheerleading bishops around the country. These are the plotters who are trying to make homosexuality seem normal and good.
Now, for the plot — in 1988, there was a meeting in New York of various gay groups from all over America who discussed how the country could be brought to an acceptance of homosexuality. That meeting produced a book called After the Ball: How America Will Conquer Its Fear and Hatred of Gays in the 90's by authors Marshall Kirk and Hunter Madsen. In their book, they laid out a four-point strategy to accomplish their ends. Without going into the details, their plan worked brilliantly, and now America is a gay-friendly country in the space of about two generations.
Well, this same type of thing has occurred in the Church, as well, although in a little more sneaky fashion. The case for acceptance of sodomy has never been overtly made by clerics and prelates, but the case to accept those who practice sodomy is made constantly by the plotters named above. They disguise it as a call for compassion and understanding and acceptance of the people — which is extraordinarily disingenuous — because no one is being mean to the people but to the practice of sodomy. That's what's being disagreed with, but the plotters cannot let the conversation go there. So, they try to keep the focus on the people instead of the sin. But the most clever part of the plot is only now beginning to unfold.
Through all the various gay Catholic, so-called ministries around the nation which The Vortex has reported on frequently, a subtext has been formulated. Playing off the cultural maxim that gays are "born that way," these plotters have quietly sneaked in the subtext that not only are you just born that way but that God actually created you that way. This has the effect of spiritualizing sodomy and, therefore, normalizing it. In fact, more than normalizing, actually baptizing it, making it a creation of God that needs to be embraced, celebrated and enjoyed. After all, God doesn't make mistakes, right? This is all part of the plot by devious Churchmen — like James Martin and his clique of cardinals — to impose on the faithful the warped and sick notion that God blesses and revels in sodomy as an authentic expression of love.
For decades, this plot has been unfolding in a number of ways: Catholic university courses; pro-gay conferences; numerous books written by supposed scholars on the subject; a steady stream of millions of sermons saying we can never judge; an over-emphasis on the primacy of conscience irrespective of its proper formation; horrible catechesis; gay-outreach ministries all over the Church in America and so forth. The combined effect of all these efforts over all these years has been to soften the intellects of Catholics by appealing to their emotions and discount the Church's teachings, and it has worked masterfully.
Every poll indicates that a majority of Catholics not only accept homosexuality and same-sex marriage, but they accept them more than any other religion in America. And now the gay club in the Church is seeking to put the final brick in place by proposing that God, Himself, ordains sodomy, that He chose to make a child in the womb be conceived as gay — after all, if a child is born that way, then he necessarily must have been conceived that way, right? The word diabolical isn't sufficient to capture the evil that these men are conducting and engaging in. Gay priests, active in their homosexuality — and their bishops and religious superiors blinded by their own lack of supernatural faith — have taken the Church on a short course to ruin.
Faithful Catholics must understand what's going on and then resist this wicked plot forcefully. Souls are being damned because of these men, and it is our duty to try and save as many as we can.

As you have probably heard by now, little Alfie Evans died on Saturday in the early morning hours at Alder Hey Hospital in Liverpool, England. The case of the now-killed, little Alfie Evans has so much evil swirling around it that volumes could be written, from the British law usurping the natural-law rights of his parents, to the callousness of the hospital administrators in refusing to cooperate with other hospitals willing to take over the case, to the British courts in cold-heartedly just declaring flat-out that "There is also no reason for further delay."
It would be hard to imagine the Nazi death-camp doctors speaking in more gruesome terms. There were plenty of reasons to not put the nearly two year old to death. His parents said "no." A Roman hospital said "no." Other doctors around the world said "no." Parents in similar situations around the world said "no." Even the pope said "no" — do not kill him.
But perhaps most disturbing in all this is the response of the numerous bishops and clerics in England and Rome. "Kill him" essentially sums up their opinion. The archbishop of Liverpool, Malcolm Patrick McMahon, not only publicly supported the hospital's death sentence but couldn't even get the most basic facts right in his statement when he said the parents of Alfie weren't Catholic.
The father, Tom Evans, is a baptized Catholic, as was little Alfie — a shameful and revealing gross error. But McMahon was only following the lead of Abp. Vincenzo Paglia in Rome, ironically the head of the Pontifical Academy for Life, who voiced public support for the death of little Alfie. He was even confronted in the airport in Italy by a faithful laywoman who said he should be ashamed of his statement. He brushed her aside and ordered an aide to handle her. Paglia was probably in a rush to get back to the homoerotic paintings featuring himself that he commissioned for his cathedral church. Once Pope Francis came out publicly supporting Alfie and pleading for his life, the homoerotic-painting-loving archbishop suddenly reversed course and supported Alfie.
But most troubling perhaps of all is the support given to the death merchants and deniers of parental natural law rights by the bishops of England and Wales who piled on little Alfie, approving of his killing by the hospital, doubling down on the Paglia-McMahon stance and in public defiance of the pope. These men are among the most vocal, along with many of their ilk, when calling for mercy. But there were no calls for mercy for little Alfie, even though he did not have a fatal disease, and in fact, the cause of his condition was largely unknown.
It's astounding when you consider that the establishment of Great Britain was cheering and supporting the killing of one child on one side of England when cheering and supporting the life of another child born on practically the same day Alfie was killed — the newborn prince of William and Kate — Louis. That little royal better hope he doesn't develop some serious medical condition and then turn to the nation's Catholic bishops for support in saving his life.
Almost 500 years ago, the Catholic bishops of England supported the spiritual death of England in turning the country over to the wishes of an adulterous, murderous king. Five-hundred years later, it appears they are just as happy to continue in the losing streak in turning over to the Establishment the physical lives of sick children — even in defiance of a plea by the pope.
Parents, not governments, have the natural-law right from Almighty God to make these decisions for their children, not the state and certainly not errant-misguided-duplicitous-disobedient-killer clerics. Little Alfie Evans — dead — just two weeks before his second birthday. Please stay tuned for today's Download where the panel will discuss all this in much greater detail.

The manner in which too many bishops exercise their authority is, simply put, abusive, and it needs to stop. Behind much of the abuse is a worldview that, frankly, isn't Catholic. There is an accommodationist spirit which influences everything they do and what is being accommodated is the world. So, Catholic identity is watered down because to be truly Catholic is too confrontational. Priests are punished for preaching orthodoxy, young men are disciplined or thrown out of seminary for being too "rigid" — the establishment buzzword for being orthodox.
The concerns of orthodox Catholic faithful are dismissed and so forth. In the place of orthodoxy, we get secularism, Protestantism and even politics, especially the politics of the Left. There are so many examples of this spirit of accommodation that it would be almost impossible to list them all. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't draw attention to them.
One such case is the massive overreach of the Texas bishops' conference in issuing a statement in the middle of the March primaries condemning Texas Right to Life, claiming that the political positions the organization espouse run contrary to Catholic teaching. First off, it's shocking just on the face of it. That the bishops' conference would decide to inject itself smack dab into a political race to try and influence the outcome is unconscionable. Secondly, their claim isn't even true; Texas Right to Life has advanced no political position that contradicts Catholic teaching. Third, the Texas Catholic Conference is a political lobbying arm for the bishops of Texas. It has zero teaching authority and does not get to declare people of organizations are out of step with Catholic teaching. Fourth, the statement not only condemned Texas Right to Life as advancing positions and candidates out of step with Catholic teaching but also lauded two other organizations, holding them up as actually being supportive of Catholic teaching and, by extension, the candidates that those two groups endorse. And here's a glaring problem with their non-authoritative endorsement of the other two groups: Some of the candidates supported by those other groups support abortion and euthanasia-style legislation.
So what's going on? Simple — the Texas bishops, through their political arm, are endorsing groups who endorse candidates they want to win because those candidates will support the status quo, which in Texas means, the ruling class of Republicans in Name Only who will soft peddle intrinsic evils like abortion and euthanasia, while at the same time allow the constant creep of leftist policies in areas of the death penalty, immigration, gun control, socialized medicine, you name it. In short, the bishops have a worldview much more friendly to the Left than to the conservative bloc, and they want authentic conservatives defeated.
Since Texas is effectively the largest politically conservative state in the country, RINO republicans can use the "cover" of conservatism to get elected and then vote decidedly non-conservative once they assume office. And since Texas citizens still vote conservative and are largely conservative, what various religious groups, like the Texas bishops, say still has a large degree of influence. And various candidates all around the state have picked up on this and are using it to their advantage — like the race we highlighted in yesterday's Vortex in the Texas State House District 13 — the runoff between Jill Wolfskill, an authentic pro-life conservative who has the backing of Texas Right to Life, and the poser Ben Leman, a Catholic who is using the bishops condemnation of Texas Right to Life as a club with which to beat his opponent over the head.
Interestingly, Leman's brother Bill is not supporting Leman but Wolfskill, and he is doing so publicly. He has donated to the Wolfskill campaign and even written a letter to the editor published in two local newspapers expressing his support for her. And remember, that's from the brother of her opponent. And once all this became public in the last couple days, the Texas Homeschool Coalition Association took the unprecedented step of publicly withdrawing its support for Leman and throwing its weight behind Wolfskill.
The Establishment, of which Leman is closely associated, backs a current Texas law that allows hospitals to step in after 10 days and take control of patient care and make life and death decisions even against the will of the family. Part of the rationale of the law is that hospital workers' conscience rights have to be protected and kept in balance with the family's or parent's rights to determine the care of their child in such dire circumstances like we saw with the recent Alfie Evans case in England. The Texas bishops and the Republican Establishment support the law. Texas Right to Life opposes it and wants it overturned so Texas Right to Life is endorsing a slate of candidates who agree that it is a bad law and sets a very dangerous precedent. The law has been in effect since 1999 and was amended a couple of years ago to make it a little less harsh in terms of denying families' rights but those reforms didn't go far enough.
So, if you are a parent in Texas and your little child becomes incapacitated and hospitalized, after 10 days the decision of how to proceed with his care or to not proceed with his care is out of your hands — a denial of your natural law rights to be the decision maker. This is, in sum, what the bishops, who have a vested interest in many healthcare facilities and organizations around the state, view things, and they are abusing their authority to keep their worldview in place. And now, as we said, candidates who want the support of the Establishment have picked up on this and are using the bishops' statement to slam their opponents who are supported by Texas Right to Life — a development desired by the bishops. It's the reason they made the statement public, even going so far as to have it read or referred to at Masses the weekend they released it.
Here's an interesting question: When the 2020 presidential campaign rolls into Texas and the Democrats are either running a Catholic candidate like Joe Biden or have nominated him, will the Texas Catholic Conference issue a statement condemning him for his pro-death politics and have that read from the pulpits? Why do we think the answer to that question is no? They publicly slam authentic pro-life activists. They publicly support groups who endorse pro-death lawmakers, and they back a law that takes away parent's rights to make decisions for their children after 10 days.
Just how really pro-life are the Texas bishops?

If you tuned in to President Trump's State of the Union address last night, you could not miss one very obvious point — one shot after another shot of the pro-abort, pro-sodomy Democrats with these long sourpuss faces on as Trump rattled off one success story after another:
Trump made the Democrats sit there with scowls on their faces and root against America, or rather exposed the Democrats for what they truly are — always rooting against America. On one point after another, no matter what Trump touted as a great boost for America, the Party of Death sat there like zombies — stunned as Trump rattled off point after point of how America is coming back from the failures of Democratic socialist policies. But why? How could anyone disagree with economic growth, more income for families and lower joblessness?
Heck, the Dems even kept their seats in the face of a massively emotional moment when President Trump asked for laws to keep out illegal murderous immigrants — as two sets of parents whose daughters were killed by illegal immigrants — but again, why? Why all the sourpusses and refusal to celebrate that which should be celebrated? Because the return of a vision of America that speaks openly about God, religious liberty, judges who are not liberal lions, traditional families and so forth, all of this runs in direct contradiction to their evil-twisted view where death and socialism rule the day — imposed by a government that hates God. And underlying all this is the Party of Death's worship, yes worship, of the murder of the preborn.
So to ensure that abortion remains legal, they politicize everything, absolutely everything, refusing to work on even great things for America or applaud what anyone with a brain or a pulse could recognize as good things. See, the liberal godless establishment of the Party of Death and some Republicans in Name Only, have spent decades being the architects of a system meant to destroy Western civilization — a civilization built by the Catholic Church. This campaign to destroy Western civilization encompasses a broad range of objectives like false man-made climate change, illegal immigration, high taxes and so forth. They use these causes to hide their bloodthirsty child murdering and sadly too many Catholic clergy have committed themselves to these causes, failing to see the larger picture and grand scheme in which they are being employed as useful idiots.
Yes, what is happening politically is very much of concern to Catholics, and you can depend on Church Militant to continue drawing these connections for you.

Authentic Catholicism is under attack from all sides, and we do mean all sides from within the Church. Military historians and strategists will tell you a two-front war is extremely difficult to win. Well, the authentic faith is actually engaged in a multi-front war and that doesn't count the war with the culture.
Consider the assaults the Faith has to endure from, first of all, the modernist crowd with their non-stop Church of Nice blather, where liturgy is all about them and the teachings of the Church are always open to "deeper interpretation" which is shorthand for being changed. Then after the modernist crowd, the authentic faith has to endure the indifferent crowd, those fallen-away Catholics who comprise the overwhelming majority of Catholics these days.
The fallen-away crowd is, now, either pagan or some flavor of Protestant which in either case leaves them woefully unprepared to stand before God when they die. Then we have the cool-Catholic crowd where celebrity priests and big events matter. This crowd is generally good-hearted but is ridiculously poorly catechized so when Father or Bishop-whoever says whatever, they swoon and say, "Our God is an awesome God." They are being fooled into believing that God and faith are emotion based and as such, they morph into a kind of Protestant-Catholic — emphasis on Protestant. They like laser show Masses and a splashy faith — signs and wonders, miracles everywhere.
They are closely related to the apparition crowd, those Catholics who will chase after any reports of an unapproved apparition with a slavish devotion, while virtually ignoring apparitions that are actually approved like Fatima, Lourdes or Guadalupe because visitations from the Blessed Mother don't ring the emotion bell.
The bottom line on all of this is there are actually very few Catholics who believe and live the authentic faith, who don't distort it in some way to satisfy their personal tastes, whether those tastes run to the moral, psychological, emotional or doctrinal preferences. This results in a shattering of unity — approaches and understandings of the faith, that a great splintering has taken place.
Parishes these days are now centered around the personality of the priest or the menopausal women who run the parish with him. If they like a particular song or altar girls or an army of so-called eucharistic ministers or any given, flawed approach to religious education — you name it — that's what you get.
It was not all that long ago when this scene was unimaginable. Mass looked the same wherever in the world you traveled. There was no need for a Spanish Mass or a Gaelic Mass or a Gospel music Mass because the Mass was the Mass — a single unified expression of what authentic Catholics believed and professed with worship being an expression of that worship. But then the competing "flavors" began to assert themselves and the hegemony of the Faith as practiced and lived began to crumble until you have what we have today — 80 percent of Catholics no longer practicing and many of the remaining and shrinking 20 percent nearly clueless about authentic Catholicism. And somehow this corrosive "diversity" is celebrated as something wonderful and to be advanced. In reality, you can go from one Catholic parish to another and barely recognize that they profess the same Creed, and in some parishes, they have actually changed the words of the Creed. At least they're honest.
So given these conditions, questions need to be asked. For example, exactly what flavor of Catholicism are people being evangelized into through all these "New Evangelization" — modernist Catholicism, cool-kid Catholicism, "signs and wonders" Catholicism, Protestant Catholicism? Because if those are the "camps" being recruited for, there are serious problems with the new evangelization.
Authentic Catholicism is not being offered, but substitutes that look and smell like it in many varying degrees. Like any knock-offs, they bear some resemblance to the original but always come up short in one or more ways. And all of these flavors are all relatively new, really unheard of in the Church prior to the past 50 years or so. And that should be the giveaway to the more discerning soul that none of this is really authentic.
The Church has always preached a sexual morality, insisted on a specific worship that derived from the Church Herself, not various groups that liked this song or that style. The Church has always viewed this life in terms of death and preparing for it, not concerning itself so overtly about sea levels, carbon footprints and the lifespan of the spotted owl. We say all of this not purely to disturb, although we hope it does disturb you because it should. We say it to help you, first of all, realize the pathetic situation in which the Church finds Herself and most importantly to spur you to action — to help you realize that Our Lord created you to be in this time and place so that you could work out your salvation, fighting the good fight for authentic Catholicism even in the face of traitorous or ignorant fellow Catholics. They need to be converted, and you need to do it by prayer and confrontation — faith and works.
One is useless without the other. It's the only way to win the spiritual war, however many fronts you have to fight at the same time.

The media types in the Catholic world are busily forming a whole new conglomerate, married to the idea of being the propaganda arm for a new understanding of the Church — a new interpretation of what it means to be Catholic. This new conglomerate is doing its work with the quiet backing of certain bishops who have come to understand that in order to effect change, you must control the message the people are hearing and that means controlling the media. It's all very disturbing, especially in the era of fake news, and recall a week or so ago, even the pope talked about fake news.
What is fake news anyway? Well, it's shorthand for a message being pushed, disguised as news and information but with an agenda which deliberately slants a story or information, which may or may not be factual, to get readers, listeners or viewers to think like the news outfit wants them to think. It's disingenuous because it doesn't tell you about its agenda, and that's a very important point.
For example, we, here, at Church Militant are very open and transparent about our agenda. We think the Faith is being betrayed by many leaders of the Church who wish to substitute authentic Catholicism for a new trendy "everyone goes to Heaven, all religions are essentially equal" idiocy that waters down the Truth.
Some of these leaders do this deliberately because they are gay or unfaithful or political liberals who see the Church as a force to be weaponized in their struggle for a New World Order. Other leaders are merely buffoons and useful idiots who participate in all this without having the brains to realize they are being used, so they prattle on about immigration and climate change and so forth like their wicked counterparts without realizing the destruction to the Faith they are contributing to. But whichever camp, deliberate or ignorant, they are both striving for the same goal — the end of any meaningful tradition in the Church.
They think the Church needs to "get with it" and adapt to the times — very pagan, hyper-sexualized times by the way. So, they alter the theology, radicalize the liturgy, reinterpret the catechism and create a whole "new" evangelization quite apart from anything that had preceded it. And in order to ensure their brave new church comes into existence with as little opposition as possible, they have seized control of the various media arms. Like Relevant Radio which recently gobbled up Immaculate Heart Radio and kicked Mother Miriam off the air in a heartbeat followed quickly by the Terry and Jesse Show. Also getting the axe from Relevant radio was Catholic Answers Live, now cut off from its West Coast base and threatening to become extinct.
Over at the other big media operation EWTN, a consolidation has been ongoing for a couple of years as Abp. Charles Chaput, who is on the board of directors, has been quietly creating a media empire, adding Catholic News Agency, Sophia Press* and National Catholic Register to his stable for promoting his view of the Church.
The major knock on all this isn't the theology so much anyway, it's that by gobbling up every outlet they can get their hands on, they are limiting the ability for the truth to come out about the dreadful state of affairs in which the Church finds herself and most especially the role of the bishops in being responsible for it. It's very, very dangerous when people who have skin in the game get control of the messaging and spin that message to prevent you from knowing the full truth. That's been going on for a while now, but recently, with these newest acquisitions and control of the message in the hands of so few, the potential for mischief and even malice is greatly increased.
The Church Establishment in the United States has proven time and time again that it has no taste for transparency unless forced into it by lawsuits or public shaming. A lack of transparency and control of the message is a very potent and dangerous cocktail and must be talked about. Make no mistake, many U.S. bishops are poorly formed, have an entirely different view of the Church and her tradition and are last-legging it an attempt to refashion the Church and shore up flagging numbers that show absolutely no sign of reversing. The emphasis in this "new" church is on a decidedly liberal political agenda and any talk shining the light on all this will be squashed or at least attempted to be.
But the bishops, themselves, are beholden to the prevailing winds blowing from Rome these days, and even if they personally disagree with some of the more confusing opinions flowing down the Tiber, they are not going to say anything out of fear of damage to their careers, and, accordingly, it will be unlikely you hear much about the madness going on in the Church. So don't, for example, look to these sources for complete coverage of the homosexual crisis in the clergy and the hierarchy. They are not going to allow that kind of reporting because they know the gay-friendly Vatican would end their careers.
This is why you are hearing so little about Fr. James Martin, the poster child for homosexualist clergy and major cheerleader for changing the Church's teaching on sodomy. After Church Militant supporters were able to get yet another one of his talks canceled a week or so ago in New Jersey — shout out to the CM Resistance gang in Metuchen — the furious Martin took to Twitter and Facebook. In a series of tweets naming Church Militant, he said at the end, "It's time for bishops, priests and lay leaders, finally, to stand up to the hate-mongering of online groups with no standing whatsoever in the Church, who seek to substitute their spurious authority for legitimate church authority and who seek to run the Church by fear and hatred." Pretty strong language from a homosexualist priest who says gays don't have to obey the Church's teaching on sexual morality. But you aren't going to hear very much about all this in the Catholic media monopoly because it wouldn't be good for their careers — the reporters or the bishops behind the scenes.
This emerging Catholic media monopoly is not being completely honest with you and has every reason to keep you partially in the blind. So beware of so-called reporting that has an agenda they won't fully reveal to you. Bottom line — if they aren't completely transparent, and these folks are not, then question the motive for what they tell you but most importantly what they don't tell you.
Imagine how in the dark you would be if it weren't for the internet.

I'm Michael Voris reporting to you from Rome where we have received information that the U.S. bishops have hired extra security for their upcoming meeting in Baltimore in a couple of weeks out of fear of thousands of faithful Catholics who will be holding a rally close to their meeting site.
Stop for just a minute and consider what that looks and sounds like.
Bishops — shepherds — many of whom are wolves in shepherd's clothing, who have made careers out of betraying the Faith, debasing the liturgy, covering for homosexual predators, being active homosexuals or homosexualists themselves, arranged for lives of personal luxury or retirement in luxury, set up pipelines from South America for gay seminarians, protected the likes of McCarrick and lying profusely about their knowledge of it, paid out billions of dollars in secret settlements, are now having to pay millions more to hundreds if not thousands of lawyers in what will be protracted legal cases involving 15 state and at least two federal law enforcement investigations — and we could go on and on — these men have decided that they need protection from faithful Catholics armed with Rosaries who want accountability for these decades of evil actions, lies, cover-ups and theft and sexual assaults by the thousands of children and young adults.
Could a bigger insult be leveled against the faithful? How few of these men have any love or regard for their sheep. They routinely insult them, verbally abuse them for wanting orthodoxy restored, run their good priests out of town or assign them for psychiatric care because they believe and teach the Catholic faith.
They have allowed schools in their charge — which cost a fortune — to fall into an abysmal state of failing to hand on the Faith, thus stealing the hard earned money of enormous numbers of Catholic parents.
The list of spiritual crimes of these negligent and hireling shepherds is so egregious that it staggers the imagination to consider what awaits them at their particular judgments, something we can't even say so of them actually believe. It is terribly apparent that many of these men have lost their supernatural faith, if they ever had it. They treat the Real Presence of Our Blessed Lord with massive and shocking disrespect.
As one example, look at this picture forwarded to us just a couple days ago from a shocked Catholic who happened to be visiting at another diocese and stopped into a parish — a banner associating the Son of God with the basest of mortal sins hanging over His Real Presence in the Church.
How is this allowed to happen? Because the priests and the bishops — loads of them do not believe. They have and continue to pervert the teachings of the Church, to distort them, lie about them to advance their own evil agendas. Judas had nothing on this lot.
And yet they continue on and on, marching down the road to their perdition and insisting that the sheep follow them. How dare Wilton Gregory and Blase Cupich and others roll out the red carpet for that lying priest James Martin with his homoheresy.
Gregory — a protégé of homosexualist Cdl. Joseph Bernardin while in Chicago — was one of the bishops, of whom there are quite a few, who got caught trying to build a palatial retirement house for himself by investigative reporters.
When busted, he apologized and said he didn't realize — yeah, whatever — same with retired Newark Bp. John Myers, McCarrick's successor, who spent millions on his retirement pad.
And San Jose Bp. Patrick McGrath, who also got busted by local media and had to ditch plans for his sweet posh multimillion-dollar retirement pad. And the disgraced Donald Wuerl has been building sweet retirement digs for himself as well for quite some time now, which is fitting when you consider he would be moving from his current palatial pad on Embassy Row to a palatial retirement pad.
Of course, he lived in a multimillion-dollar pad in Pittsburgh when he was bishop there covering up predator priests so it's only fitting he retire in luxury on your dime.
The entire homosexualist traitor contingent always seems to live in great luxury and surround themselves with fine things.
Now, is this the case with every bishop in the USCCB? Certainly not. But where are the voices among them, in their own conference, publicly condemning this aberrant behavior, this betrayal of the Faith, this debasing of the liturgy, this bowing down to the demons of sodomy and perversion, the lives of extravagance led by some of the worst among them?
The organization, as an organization, is corrupt from top to bottom, as should be evident by the fact that 16 years after their first public shaming in the secular press, here they are again, having learned nothing, again trying to develop a plan to deal with the effects of rampant homosexuality within their own ranks and openness to it.
Cupich of Chicago, who appears to be the anointed mouthpiece of the sodomite prelates here in Rome for the Church back in the United States, has the gall to repeatedly and publicly lie about the cause of all this.
Not only does he say it has nothing to do with homosexuality, but that the John Jay report from 2004 proved it. That is a complete and total lie. The John Jay report confirmed just the opposite, you liar.
It said flat out that more than 80 percent of the victims of these twisted perverts that you all ordain and allow in the seminaries — 80 percent of their victims were teenage boys. Where is the call out to Cupich from his fellow bishops?
Even homosexualist Wilton Gregory publicly admitted back then that it was homosexuals in the clergy responsible for nearly all of this, a rare concession of the truth.
Then he got put back in his place and gently backpedaled from everyone knew was correct, and homosexual predator in chief himself, Theodore McCarrick, was out in charge of the official response and declared from high that it was not homosexuality among the clergy to blame, but psychological immaturity.
And the bishops were all enthused to stand and give him their full-throated support. They all left Dallas that year pretending the evil in their own ranks had come to an end.
The rape of children did slow down after secular media coverage forced the issue and billions of dollars in payout shook this crooked lot their core. But it did not stop the sexual assault of young men in seminaries, the perversion of doctrine and resulting spiritual abuse of the faithful by these perverts.
Case after case continued — and continue to this day — to emerge of active homosexual bishops, priests living with their adult lovers, homosexual pornography, the cover-up of all of it, not to mention the associated financial scandals by these gay clergy stealing from parishes and financing their evil in lavish fashion and vacations and second homes in gay enclaves around the country.
And in the face of all this, the U.S. bishops think they are so threatened by faithful Catholics that they need to dole out who knows how much to beef up security because we are all going to rush the meeting and start physically assaulting them?
Your Eminences and Excellencies, it was not we laity who physically assaulted altar boys, raped seminarians and stole money from other faithful to finance our wickedness.
Nor did we actively participate in covering it all and then, once caught, offer crocodile tears and meaningless apologies and toss faithful Catholics out of "listening sessions" and then lie about it until video evidence proved it.
Here's an idea for all of you. Thousands of faithful Catholics, from almost every state in the country and more than 170 dioceses, are coming on their own dime and time to Baltimore in about two weeks time to pray for you — that whatever demon has seized control of your group be driven out.
Instead of hiring extra security with our money to "protect" yourselves from us, why don't some of you come over and say thank you for the prayers?
Why don't some of you come over and sit with us for an hour and take serious questions from serious Catholics who you can throw out or hire police and security guards to keep out?
We know it might be strange for you being in a group of people who actually believe the Catholic faith as the Church has always taught it and not clamoring for sodomy to be accepted under the guise of mercy and compassion, but hey, live a little, give it a try.
We'll be right outside your windows. Just look out, and we'll be easily recognizable. We'll be the ones with the Rosaries praying for you. And if you think we are kidding about at last some of you coming over and offering a prayer with us at least, we are as serious as a heart attack.
In fact, since you use our money to hire security to keep us away from you, it's the least you could do.
Will even one of these men come to an assembled crowd of thousands of faithful Catholics and offer one word, one syllable, of comfort?
We'll see. How about meeting us where we are at? And having an encounter with us?

There is no doubt about it, this is the most important midterm election the country has ever faced because the country is so polarized that is will begin to trend in one direction or the other.
The entire crew has been busting it these past days and weeks getting ready for our coverage tonight of this crucial election. And we've been jamming precisely because it is so crucial. We've completely reconfigured the studio for tonight's coverage and jammed the entire staff in here because there is so much to follow.
As many of you know, I've been in news and covering politics my entire life, and I have never seen anything like this. As of this morning — the day of the election itself — this close to it all being over, all the pre-election polls and pundits can't seem to agree on anything.
In race after race, the predictions are wild swings of as much as 10 points with either party projected to win. All of this matters because politics is a reflection of morality, no matter what the liberals say about you can't legislate morality, that is exactly what politics is all about.
So what's at stake is what kind of moral nation America is or wants to be.
To undo morality has been the goal of political liberals for decades, and they have scored major victories in the process and continue to do so.
But the moral law written in every human heart by God cannot easily be discarded, so what they have created over the years is a substitute morality so people can feel good about themselves even while they are living evil lives.
So smoking and eating meat and wearing fur have become the mortal sins of culture that has accepted sodomy as marriage, abortion as normal and contraception with a hook-up culture as the status quo.
And we see this in the Church as well, translated into a slate of lesser evils being advanced to replace intrinsic evils.
Leading Churchmen ignore those other evils, for which people go to Hell, and talk nonstop about climate change, illegal immigration and gun control under the guise of being moral this joining forces with the political Left.
This is why we here at Church Militant are always pointing to the marriage between the theological Left and the political Left, because they have the same goal: the undoing of the moral fiber to bring about a new world order.
Every bit of this is related — politics and theology — and is why we dedicate so much of our resources here around elections to covering it all so in-depth.
As you know, Church Militant will be live tonight starting at 7 p.m. ET, bringing you expert coverage and analysis of the vote through a Catholic lens and we invite you to join us for that.
We have been busy preparing for this for quite some time as we said with loads of preparation here at Church Militant because — yes — the fate of a nation could hang in the balance.
Abortion, funding Planned Parenthood, sodomy as marriage, what your children will be taught in schools, how your livelihoods will be impacted, a socialist view of the world which the Church has flat out condemned — all of it, every bit of it, is tied together.
It's how this nation functions — the vote.
We have a moral duty to vote and be involved in the political process because of what's at stake. So we pray, as we will be doing today live in one final Rosary for the good of the nation which you are invited to join us for at 1:30 p.m.
And then our coverage — our Catholic coverage — of the outcome again tonight at 7 p.m. ET until we know who has won — if we can know who has won.
Please join us. No one brings you better Catholic analysis and discussion on all of this than Church Militant.
During the 2016 presidential election, thousands and thousands of you tuned in and watched that, many staying around for the whole nine-hour marathon.
That election has set the stage for what is unfolding now, so we invite tens of thousands of you to join us live tonight — again, 7 p.m. ET.
Pray — vote and pray.

Not one thing has done more damage to the Catholic Church than the internal rebellion against Her teaching on the sanctity of marriage and specifically the teaching forbidding birth control. Aside from all the societal ruin contraception has brought about, the spiritual harm is far more destructive as is evidenced by looking around at the ruins of a once robust Church. Contraception, once given the green light by Protestants in 1930 at the Anglican Lambeth Conference, then spread quickly through the culture, but Catholics had managed to resist the contraceptive tidal wave until the sexual revolution. Then, strongly encouraged by dissident and heretical clergy, the Catholic population began to share the same fate as that of the general culture.
Fifty years following from Bl. Pope Paul VI's encyclical Humanae Vitae, On Human Life, the Church is facing the same demographic issues that the culture is facing — an aging population, insufficient age distribution throughout the larger population and a declining population. And on this last point, the overall birth rate in America is lower than at any point since records started being kept, and if it weren't for immigration — legal and illegal — the population would be in decline.
The same is true of the Church. Catholics are marrying less frequently and having fewer children, and if it weren't for immigrants — legal and mostly illegal — the Catholic population would have fallen from its long-held place of roughly 25 percent to around 15 percent. And even with the immigrant influx, the drop off is so steep that Catholics now only comprise slightly less than 22 percent of the overall population.
The numbers of Catholic priests have shrunk and continue to decline as an aging priest population grows older at a rate faster than younger priests are replacing them. There are now more priests in America over 65 than under 35 and many of them are well beyond 65. Catholic schools have essentially been wiped out, with 75 percent fewer students overall than in 1965, and many of those schools that have avoided closure have managed to stay open by admitting large numbers of non-Catholic students who are not taught the Faith — a prime example of just keeping the machine going without any real mission.
The bottom line is simple arithmetic. Since the rebellion against Church teaching on marriage and reproduction, which occurred at the height of the sexual revolution, the Church has been on course for demographic suicide — somewhat slowly at first but expanding at an ever-increasing speed and, now a half-century later, almost complete.
Once leaders threw in the towel on defending the teaching on birth control and the sanctity of marriage, every other malformation came in the camp as well. The poor philosophy and reasoning addressing the evils of the sexual revolution have brought about a near moral collapse, and Catholics now virtually lead almost every religious group in support for abortion, homosexuality, same-sex marriage, cohabitation, divorce and civil re-marriage and so forth. There is not one area of Catholic moral life that has not been tainted and twisted owing to the revolution in the Church against the Church. Families have been wiped out and shattered, adultery has become commonplace, which has had the knock-on effect of creating an annulment crisis. Children, whose parents swore before God to raise them in the Faith, have been shuttled about from home to home, denied the peace of mind and safety and security that every Catholic child should expect. Unschooled in the Faith, these children leave the Faith without ever having been taught anything substantive about it.
The spiritual, moral, theological destruction visited on Catholic families and what must be done about it, is the topic of Church Militant's Humanae Vitae conference which we are sponsoring next month — Saturday, June 9, here in the metro-Detroit area. There's a link here on this page where you can read the details and register for the day-long conference.
Until this damage is undone and a solution is found as to how to combat it, the Church will continue to undergo its demographic suicide. Too many clerics, including bishops, are terrified at the prospect of even mentioning this subject for fear of the massive blowback they will receive. But none of that matters. They're are presiding over a demographic disaster unseen in the annals of Church history, and they are duty-bound to step up and fulfill their roles as successors of the Apostles and preach the truth of Christ. They must clear their seminaries of any dissenters or cowards who will not defend the Church's teaching. And if they are unable to do this themselves, they should have the integrity to resign themselves and at last, relieve themselves of the moral obligation to do the right thing, else they will have to give an account of their treachery of silence before the Eternal King.
Please join us this coming June 9, here in Detroit, for our Church Militant conference, Marriage Under Attack: 50 Years After Humanae Vitae. Again, please click on the link for all the details.

Hello everyone and welcome to The Vortex, where lies and falsehoods are trapped and exposed, coming to you live from our Church Militant studios here in Detroit, Michigan on the eve of the U.S. midterm elections which are of tremendous importance to Catholics — not only in the United States but around the world.
The Church Militant crew has been preparing for these elections for quite some time now, with content meetings, rehearsals, pre-production of graphics, scripts, research — working not quite day and night seven days a week, but pretty close to it.
We are dedicating so much of our resources to covering politics because the political life of a nation is something Catholics have traditionally been extremely involved in, ever since we began arriving on these shores in large numbers almost since the nation's founding.
It why we pour all this preparation time into our coverage. Of course, the big networks have many more resources available to them with their multi-million dollar budgets, but none of them will even consider looking at this through a Catholic lens — which is what Church Militant brings you.
Catholics usually vote in larger percentages than their population relative to the overall population. In short, we have almost always been more engaged with the political life of the country — realizing our duty not just supernaturally to be involved in the redemption of the world through prayer and penance and evangelization, but also in doing whatever can be done to help create a society that will not impede our natural efforts in the supernatural work.
We've been spending a lot of time prepping for our coverage of the Senate races, for example, so that on election night we will be able to bring you informed coverage of those races involving who will end up with control of the U.S. Senate — the body responsible for confirming judges and justices to the federal courts — lifetime appointments.
We all remember the digital bloodbath over the Brett Kavanaugh hearings in late September and early last month, because that battle was all about abortion — and the Left readily admitted.
That war was a continuation of the 2016 campaign, which Church Militant covered wall to wall for you on election night two years ago, a campaign where the subtext was all about abortion and control of the Supreme Court.
The volatility of all these races — especially in the U.S. House — is making our preparation here at Church Militant more challenging than we would like, but none of that is deterring us from doing what we need to do, which is to help you understand all this from a supernatural level.
Heaven frequently works through the natural efforts of the sons and daughters of the Church, and remember that millions of Rosaries have been offered for the good of the country in specific relation to these midterm elections.
There is not a stone that has been left unturned in our preparations. Like we said, creating what seems like hundreds of graphics, and collectively reading hundreds if not thousands of articles and polls and surveys, all with an eye to what matters specifically to Catholics and other people of goodwill.
Helping build the Kingdom of Heaven is intimately bound up with politics and the governance of a nation, and especially a nation with the status of world leader. What happens in the United States impacts virtually every other nation in the world by virtue of our economic might and cultural imperialism.
If the culture can be converted to a culture of life, it will have a tremendous impact on the rest of the world, not just America. Are politics the only way this is accomplished? Of course not, but it is perhaps the most hands-on manner because every citizen can vote.
Faithful Catholics are ultimately citizens of the City of God, but while we are here on Earth, we have dual citizenship in the City of Man as well.
While here, we must do everything we can to mold the City of Man to be receptive to the City of God.
So please join us for our wall-to-wall coverage tomorrow night beginning at 7 p.m. Eastern Time — right here on Church Militant — as we bring you everything you need to know on election night through the lens of the Catholic faith.
Thank you for all your prayers and support. We will be spending the rest of today and all day tomorrow putting the finishing touches on our preps getting ready for tomorrow night.
Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
