Join us today as we continue with our study of this week's Come Follow Me with further words from the Saviour. We consider what we understand from the promises given to scattered Israel and we reflect on the bounteous mercies of the Lord.
Elder Dieter F Uchtdorf: “My dear friends, the Savior heals the broken heart and binds up your wounds. Whatever your challenges may be, wherever you live on this earth, your faithful membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the divine powers of the gospel of Jesus Christ will bless you to endure joyfully to the end."

Join us today as we continue with our study of this week's Come Follow Me with further words from the Saviour. We consider how we can be part of this great work and we reflect on the need to remain clean.
President Henry B Eyring: “The Holy Ghost remains with us only if we stay clean and free from the love of the things of the world. A choice to be unclean will repel the Holy Ghost. The Spirit only dwells with those who choose the Lord over the world. ‘Be ye clean’ and love God with all your ‘heart, … might, mind, and strength’ are not suggestions but commandments. And they are necessary to the companionship of the Spirit, without which we cannot be one.”

Join us today as we begin a new week of Come Follow Me study, continuing the Saviour's teachings to the people of the ancient Americas. We consider the importance of the sacrament and reflect on its role in gathering Israel.
Tad R Callister: “Such intense focusing on the life of the Savior, and in particular his Atonement, is designed to produce a supreme spiritual feast. Brigham Young declared, ‘The Lord has planted within us a divinity; and that divine immortal spirit requires to be fed. …That divinity within us needs food from the Fountain from which it emanated.’ That food may be found at the sacrament table. But Elder Melvin J. Ballard cautions, ‘We must come … to the sacrament table hungry’”.

Join us as we continue our study of the Come Follow Me materials for this week and look closer at the Saviour's ministering to the Nephites. We consider the process of purification and we reflect on the importance of the Holy Ghost in this process.
Catherine Thomas: “The Holy Ghost performs two of his functions in these passages: he fills those praying with catalytic desire, and he burns out impurities and cleanses them. In this process the disciples were transfigured, being empowered to endure the presence of heavenly elements and beings without being wholly consumed. (D&C 76:118.)”
