Church Public

Today I am joined by Student Pastor Nick Henderson to talk about current trends, strategies and difficulties encountered in pastoring students.

We also talk about how parents can 'get in the game' and be more active in discipling and ministering to their children.

We have a new cultural liturgy, one that promotes 'safety' and 'security' and promises salvation. But can it deliver?

Today we look at a late night host and a school teacher as they sing songs of freedom for us. What can we learn from this and how does it compare to Paul in Ephesians 5? "Speak to one another with psalms, hymns and spiritual songs."

NYPD give funeral to twin babies left in an alley.
This is a great example of how much people care about babies when they realize they have value.

This also shows how the scale of death affects our sympathetic comprehension of the murder of literally millions of babies.

Joseph Stalin, who was responsible for millions of deaths through his communist policies, infamously said, "one death is a tragedy, one million is a statistic."

Why does abortion matter so much right now?
Two reasons:
1. Because every soul has value. This is the Biblical answer.
2. Because the left says that pre-born souls are not real.

A new house bill passes that offers nationwide abortion with barely any limits up until the moment of birth in an effort to codify Roe v Wade into an actual law.
The new New York Governor calls out her quote 'apostles.'
And a subway woman takes the cleanup into her own hands.

"but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

“In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money changers and overturned their tables.”  John 2:14-15

What does Jesus overturning the tables in the temple have to do with vx mandates? Well today we look at that very question in light of how Austraila is telling churches they must double shot before letting people into the building for worship. Is this new mandate Biblical or is it something else?

And if you think that this is limited to Down Under just look at California and New York and other parts of America. It is already here and we need to have an answer to how we are going to respond as church leaders and Jesus followers.

Welcome to Church Public!
Today we talk about the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom.
The bigger issue is that this Administration wants to use California as a model for America. Is that a good thing?

Also we look at the Met Gala and what that symbolizes for us regular folk.

Just like the unconstitutional CDC mandate to prolong the eviction moratorium, Biden pushed orders though OSHA that ALL businesses in America over 100 employees have to mandate vx with a fine of $14K per offense. And business owners, citizens and Governors are pushing back.

There are values that are better than others and we need to stand up for these. If we just continue to say, "do whatever you want as long as long as it doesn't hurt me," the culture slides away into demon worship and sacrificing babies, and that is where we are today.

When the Satanic Temple is on your side, you may want to think about your choices.
