We are delighted to welcome Bethany Pierce to the Church Requel pulpit. She talks to us about spiritual bodybuilding. Some people are really focused on building up their physical bodies. Bethany reminds us today how much more important it should be for Christ-followers to focus on building up the Body of Christ. Using Ephesians 4:1-13 as her main biblical text (along with some help from Charlie Brown and Peter Pan), Bethany will give us three ways to build up our body.
