The Apostle Paul tells us in Acts 20:25-31 what he expected for those that followed him in pastoring Christ's church.

What should you be looking for in a pastor? Someone kind and understanding? Someone who agrees with you? Someone who never creates controversy? Today we join up with Luke, the author of Acts, who witnesses Paul's charge to all the Ephesians' pastors. Luke gives us a front row seat.

We consider the somewhat humorous story of Eutychus - the first person recorded in Biblical history to have fallen asleep during a sermon. Eutychus may have been the first, but he certainly is not the last. In this sermon we will consider five different ways that we Christ-followers can fall asleep. We'll learn that sermon sleeping is far from the worst kind of slumber in which we may engage in the Christian life.
