Drink Recipe:

Drown the Witch

2-3 ounces bourbon

1 teaspoon of Apple Brown Sugar Simple Sugar

1 tablespoon apple butter

3-4 ounces apple cider

Optional: a splash of ginger brew, an apple slice, and a cinnamon stick for garnish.

Alcohol-Free: Brew a spicy black tea of choice - cool and use 2-3 ounces in place of the bourbon. Follow the rest of the steps.

Apple Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup:

Add 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, another tablespoon of Apple Butter, and as much as you want of the following: ground ginger, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple spice.

Fill the container with boiling water, stirring until everything is dissolved.

Refrigerate in a container with a lid.

It will keep for two weeks.

The Pumpkin Patch

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

1 teaspoon brown sugar simple syrup

2-3 ounces ginger brew

2-3 ounces apple cider

2-3 ounces of bourbon

shake well and serve over ice.

For non-alcoholic bevvy, add more ginger brew and apple cider.

Brown Sugar Syrup: In a container with a lid, add 1/2 cup dark brown sugar. Add as much as you want: ground ginger, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin pie spice. Fill the container with boiling water stirring until everything is dissolved. Refrigerate, and it will keep for two weeks.
