  • Marvel's The Black Panther Movie (2018), Great Lakes Brewing Company & Dogfish Head
In ep 89, the boys finally get around to reviewing Black Panther (2018). It's rave reviews across the board here - like you already didn't know that. This film is a killer stand alone piece of the Marvel franchise, but it also plays a very important role in the development of the 10 year vision. The boys don't have a ton of critical thoughts on the film, but of course there is some. We welcome you to listen in on their critique.
Aside from the flick, Tony tried another beer that - of course he wasn't ever going to like. And Eddie had a super solid Imperial Red Ale that he'd never sampled before. There's a lot to be said about the two beers featured in this episode too. So don't miss out.
Also, as a warning, there is some political talk in this ep. Some sides taking, if you will. So keep an open mind on your way in please.
Don't miss this week if you dug the movie, you dig us, or you love beer!

  • (Mini) Episode #88, Kasteel Brewery & Abita Brewing
In this mini episode, Tony & Eddie sit down to recap their time travel suite over the last few weeks. The boys thank the CineFANticks that participated by voting, commenting, and joining in on the fun.
They talk top 3 favorite time travel flicks, what they'd do if they could go back and change something from their past, from the world's past. And, they pose the question - is it OK to kill baby Hitler? Time travel demands a lot of unpacking - an the boys try to do just that.
They also review two new beers. One from Kasteel and one from Abita. If you like Belgians or Nut Brown Ales - check out their reviews on the show.

  • Crime Bandits - Time Bandits (1981) - Sixpoint Brewery & Victory Brewing
In ep 87, the boys finish their trio of time travel flicks by discussing Time Bandits (1981). This CineFANtics pick caused another split vote on the show. Tune in to hear Tony sign some praises and Eddie rant a bit about plot, character development - you know, the nerdy stuff.
Whether you like or hate this film, there's no shortage of things to talk about. From an impressive cast list, insanely detailed set design, and an extremely ambitious roller coaster ride throughout history - in some ways, this movie's got it all.
The boys also sampled beers from Sixpoint Brewery and Victory Brewing. If you love sours or Belgian Quads you may want to check these brews out.
If you're looking to get your "time hole" tickled. This is the episode for you.
Thank you once again for the big voting presence/response everyone. Interacting with listeners is the best part of this podcast. (well the beer is good too). We couldn't do it without you.

  • Army of Snarkness - Army of Darkness (1992), Genesee Brewery & New Belgium
In ep #86, the CineFANtics pic was Sam Raimi's Army of Darkness (1992). One of Tony's favorite films (and one Eddie apparently hates), AoD is a slapstick romp through a medieval world of monsters and men. And women. And woman monsters. Galore.
There's a campy, lovable thrill ride here for the right audience. If you love light horror, clever one-liners and of course, Bruce Campbell, this is the flick for you.
The boys tried brews from Genesee Brewing and New Belgium on this episode too. If you know beer, you know there's some potential here.
Check out the latest episode of The Cinemantics for their full review!
We want to thank our Twitter followers once again for the voting re: our Time Travel trio over these weeks. The response has been fantastic.

  • All Mommas Are Thirsty Sometimes - Back to the Future (1985), Lancaster Brewing & Erie Brewing Co
In ep #85, Tony & Eddie get together to review a classic, a cineFANtics favorite, the always relevant, always...timely - Back to the Future (1985). The Twitter poll was a landslide victory for this flick and we all know why. There's so much to love here. Horny moms. Face-melting guitar riffs (that are too darn loud) and of course, Tony's favorite thing - time travel.
This week they also tried some excellent (perhaps before the season called for it) pumpkin beers. One from Erie Brewing Company and one from Lancaster Brewing.
This is an episode that you don't want to miss. Whether you love the film or love pumpkin beer, it's a fun one this week. Also, if you hate this movie and pumpkin beer, listen anyway and see if we can't change your mind. More time-travel to come this week. • Yentl 2 Papa Can You Boogaloo - Deadpool 2 (2018), Stone Brewing & Harpoon Brewery
In Ep #84, Tony & Eddie talk about their love of dick and fart jokes. And Marvel. And mercenaries. Yup, you guessed it, everyone - this week the boys are reviewing Deadpool 2.
There's so much to take in here. There's humor, heart, vulgarity, multiple decapitations and more humor. This is a top notch rollercoaster ride and both the boys agree there for once. Find out why they liked this movie so much in the newest edition of The Cinemantics.
Luckily for the boys, it's wasn't just the movie that was good this week. Well, in some cases anyway. Tony & Eddie try brews from Stone and Harpoon this episode. Do you like intense hops? What about fruity goses? They're trying both this week!

  • Furry-Height 451 - Fahrenheit 451 (2018), Lavery Brewing Company
In Ep #83, Tony & Eddie do a special challenge episode. It's one part their choice, and another part technical difficulty. They try to drink 2 new beers from Lavery Brewing Company while they work through a review of Fahrenheit 451 (2018) - before Tony's battery runs out. This turned out to be a killer episode, with some amazing beers and some really bad commentary on a really bad movie. Wait, the commentary was fine, but damn - this flick was a let down.
Come listen to the boys talk about how shocked they considering this stellar cast (Michael B. Jordan and Michael Shannon) and pretty solid canon content.

  • (Mini) Episode #82, Doc G's and Southern Tier Brewing Companies
In this mini episode, Tony & Eddie really get their nerd on. While they sip on two new beers from Doc G'd and Southern Tier, they really nerd out about childhood favorite cartoons, shows, comic books and video games. There's Marvel here, DC, Ryan Reynolds' sexiness rating, and much more. The boys love to talk, we hope you love to listen.

  • Did you see...? - Ready Player One (2018), Rogue & Doc G's Brewing companies
In Ep #81, Tony & Eddie get into the nitty gritty on Spielberg's Ready Player One (2018). You like TMNT, they're there. You like Halo, it's there. You like Mortal Kombat, it's there. Do hundreds of quick references to previous movies, characters, books, games or various other pop-culture IPs make up a good movie...probably not. Listen to our review this week to find out what we have to say.
We also tried beer from Rogue and Doc G's Brewing companies.

  • The Scranton Stranglers - A Quiet Place (2018), Abita & Dogfish Head Breweies
In Ep #80, Tony & Eddie discuss the many trials and tribulations of living in a word shroud in silence. That's right, folks, this week they're reviewing A Quiet Place (2018). There's a lot to like here. There's also some snags. However, this critically acclaimed thriller delivers and Tony & Eddie agree there. Finally.
They also had some truly excellent beers from Abita Brewing and Dogfish Head Brewery. Come for the film, stay for the beer review everybody!
