In episode 99, the boys begin their third annual Christmas Extravaganza Event. This year Tony & Eddie are picking their Holiday Guilty Pleasure films and instead of a new beer each week they're getting into the Christmas Spirits and each week they are sampling a new homemade cocktail.

This week, for their first pick, Tony selected Ernest Saves Christmas. If you're not already watching Ernest on a yearly basis, then listen to this episode and let the boys try to persuade you to do so. This is a classic-ish Christmas movie that gives all the right feels and is a great family choice.

The cocktails this week were the Dark & Stormy and the Rusty Nail. If you love rum or scotch - this is the episode for you.

In episode 98, Tony & Eddie skip the movie review and get back to basics. However, this time the "basics" come in the form of a special series limited Stone Brewing release - Fyodor's Classic (2018). This Totalitarian Russian Imperial Stout variant was aged in American Oak whiskey barrels for 8 months and it absolutely shines.

In ep 97, Tony & Eddie hee haw and jib jab about a fantastic new film from the renowned Coen Brothers, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs (2018). This brutal, sad, beautiful and powerful suite of Western short films is an absolute joy to watch - even when it's difficult and trying to deal with the content at times.

There's so much to talk about here. So much detail. So much hope. So much bitterness and despair. If you've ever listened to the boys and their movie recommendations - this is the week to do it.

They also sampled new beers from favorite breweries Bell's and Souther Tier. If you're a fan of stouts - be sure to stick around for the end of the episode to hear what they think of these two beauties.

In ep 96, Tony & Eddie talk about their love of the fast paced, slap stick fun-fest that is, Incredibles 2 (2018). Among other things, this episode reveals Tony's unhealthy love affair with cartoon Elastigirl. Tony also goes out on a brew-style limb and tries a Belgian for the first time in almost a year. You'll also hear Eddie talk social commentary, stereotypes, and standards.

Here's the deal - Incredibles 2 is a family film. It's got powerful women characters at center stage. There's some of the best superhero fights you'll ever see here. There's comedy. There's smart dialogue. There's stabs at the patriarchy. What else could you ask for? Listen this week to find out more!

The beers this week are worth the listen/review too. Two ends of the spectrum here, a Cream Ale and a Belgian, but both have some excellent traits. Cheers!

In ep 95, Tony & Eddie try a few new beers. One from Harpoon Brewery and another from Founders. There's some KILLER reviews here so make sure you tune in to see which one of these brews you should seek out.

There's also talk of Skyrim (yes, Tony is still playing it) and Red Dead Redemption 2. But also, there's talk of favorite cocktails, favorite smells, and much much more.

In ep 94, the boys are talkin' Marvel again. Are you tired of Marvel movies? Are they tired of Marvel movies? They think the answer is yes. But ... they watched Ant-man and the Wasp anyway! Tony & Eddie talk at length about this film's lack of luster. With all the superhero-ness that they can muster. This isn't a bad film, but they may have reached their satiation point. The boys also tried new beers from Voodoo Brewing and Lagunitas Brewing Company. There's some heavy flavors here, some boozy sips and swallows. Check out their beer reviews if you love Barley Wines or IPAs.

In ep 93, the boys use their white voices to discuss the powerful, strange, brilliant, and poignant directorial debut of Boots Riley, Sorry To Bother You (2018). From the gate this movie impresses. It pushed the envelope. It shocks. It's gorgeous. It's weird. It's just plan fun to watch. Oh, it's also cringeworthy as hell numerous times.

This flick will make you question and make you concerned and it does it in a fresh new way seemingly every 15 minutes. Tony & Eddie invite you to the table for discussion this week and we know you'll have fun.

The boys also tried some new beers from Victory Brewing and Estonia's own, Pohjala Brewing company. It's stout-season here on the East Coast and the boys took full advantage.

In ep 92, Tony & Eddie keep it simple. Fans know how mini episodes go, but if you're a new listener to the podcast, you'll pick it up fast. It's a big, joyous podcast-y hangout this week, as the boys talk video games, video games, video games and a little bit about fall. Tis the season of course.

Tony & Eddie also stuck with the theme of the season when it came to beer choices this episode. If you're as basic as these bitches are then you love pumpkin beer and every year you're on a quest to find the best of the best. The boys tried two new pumpkin brews this week - were they contenders for the crown?

In ep 91, the boys are back with another trip into a galaxy far away. This time they're talking Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018). This movie sews itself into the Star Wars tapestry so well that at points it even seems like it's going too far. Somehow though, it manages to escape the Cinemantics cynicism for the most part. It's not all great news with this movie, but it's damn close. There's great characters (old and new) great set pieces, and an overwhelming amount of lore, both hidden and overt. It's a must for Star Wars fans and non-fans alike.

The boys also tried some amazing and unique beers from Founders Brewing and Cerveceria Calavera. If you love sweet boozy maple syrup brews or the coffee and chocolate notes of a dark and mysterious Imperial Stout, then you might want to find out more about these beers! In ep #90, the boys get into some fights, some tussles, maybe even some scraps over Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Have you seen the film? Did you steer clear after the lackluster ratings? Did you love it? Maybe you're just a huge fan of Bryce Dallas Howard or Chris Pratt and you couldn't care less about the plot of this flick. Regardless of what camp you fall in - we've got a great one for you.

There's also some highs and lows with the beers this week. We've got a Pumking variant on one side, and an intensely fruity sour beer on the other. If you like Southern Tier Brewing Company or Hitchhiker Brewing - you won't want to miss these beer reviews.
