Girls are eloping at a young age, getting out of school. Villagers are saying the biggest driver of child marriages is poverty. Poverty in Hwange rural is a result of poor rains, poor soils for agriculture and marginalization by the central government. The podcast gives villagers a chance to speak on the challenges caused by child marriages in the communities.
