  • 2216: Sheep Daily
    Reimagined by Myroslava Kuts.
"Sound of sheep was a clear beat for me. Also I think sheep have a pretty intense daily life. We just don't see."

  • 2216: Beneath the Rich Coast
    Reimagined by Ian Haygreen.
"I played the original piece 3 octaves under A4 for the background sound. I also isolated a couple of standout parts which I used for the booms and also the repetitive shaking sound. I also added a couple of unused pieces to it."

  • 2216: Coffee
    Reimagined by Jason Richardson (Bassling).
"The sound of cicadas jamming their last tune inspired me to make a big messy jam of my own on drums and bass. Also, all I know of Costa Rica is their coffee, so I brought some of that energy too."

  • 2216: Sunrise intimations
    Reimagined by Laura Luna.
"This field recording together with its description inspired me to compose a piece about the slightly anxious yet motionless moments when one is awake before sunrise, as the world around us has been continually ebullient. Slicing the recording into tiny loops, then stitching them back together, a kaleidoscope of sunrises begins to emerge, the somnolent stillness converges with the chaotic energy of the woken world."

"The rain, the magic orchestra of million drops, when I'm in the rain I close my eyes and try to listen to the layers of the sounds, a perfect moment, no time no space, a mystical conversation, an ethereal connection." Reimagined by John Vlastaris.
