To be poor in spirit is to recognize that it is only proper “posture” before God is total humility, for God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. This brings us blessings as children of God in the Kingdom of Heaven.

The I AM Statements are statements of Identity where Jesus as the Word Identifies himself in the same way God identified himself in EX 3:14. In this sermon Jesus says, "I am the resurrection and life", "I am the way the truth and the life" , and  "I am the true vine."

We are still in our series Word and Spirit through the book of John. In this message, we look at John 10:1-21. Jesus is the Door and Good Shepherd of the sheep, the access to God and the provision from God who unites people from all over the world and all time. Because Christ is my shepherd, I shall not want.
