Ray White in conversation with MMC for Public safety,  Dr Mgcini Tshwaku who explained why the city did not challenge the high court ruling that the VIP protection provided by the Johannesburg City Council to its key officials as unconstitutional and unlawful. He went on to argue that the Mayor and the city's executives have never had too many body guards.
