Rising global tensions are now hitting home, with inflation climbing faster than expected, energy bills set to increase again, and warnings of possible food shortages in the months ahead.

As the war in the Middle East continues to disrupt oil and gas supplies, there are growing concerns about what this means for Irish households, the wider economy, and the road ahead.
