A Clare chef with a passion for seasonal, wholesome food has released her first cookbook, celebrating simple recipes, local ingredients and the joy of cooking from scratch.  

Claire Creaven, Head Chef at the Burren Yoga Retreat, has drawn on years of experience in kitchens ranging from Michelin-starred restaurants to community-focused venues to create Whole — a collection inspired by nourishing, accessible food.  

Claire joined Alan Morrissey to tell us about her culinary journey, the inspiration behind the book, and her love of local produce here in the West of Ireland.
