A Clare TD says the Government has been caught napping on regulating vapes and e-cigarettes.
According to the Institute of Public Health, 18% of 15-16 year-olds are current users.
The state is currently moving to ban the advertising of e-cigarettes and restrict packaging design, but Sinn Féin is calling for an anti-vaping programme to be established, along with legislation to outlaw disposable and single-use products.
