The proposed changes to FIEC's Doctrinal Basis, Ethos Statement, and Constitution are designed to clarify our beliefs and fellowship in the current cultural context.
In this episode, Phil Topham (Executive Director), Ian Jones (Chair of the FIEC Trust Board), and Adrian Reynolds (Head of National Ministries) discuss the proposed changes to the Doctinral Basis, Ethos Statment on Women in Ministry, and Constitution. They talk about why the changes are being considered and respond to some of the feedback from FIEC churches.
