Ruth Hussey is a last-minute substitute for Joan Bennett, who couldn't appear because her house burned down the previous day. 

Followed by Suspense, originally broadcast May 3, 1954, 71 years ago, The Giant of Thermopylae starring Frank Lovejoy.  A man framed for murder is trapped in an amusement park fun house with a strange mechanical creature blocking his escape. 

Then Nightwatch, originally broadcast May 3, 1954, 71 years ago.  The first report in the patrol car is a report of a burglary in Burlingame. A burglar is actually captured on-mike inside a gas station. He turns out to be a tearful fifteen-year-old who begs to be released

Finally. Gangbusters, originally broadcast May 3, 1947, 78 years ago, The Case of the Three Safecrackers.  A crew of safecrackers is planning some high-dollar jobs.  But the police are on to them.
