Then The CBS Radio Workshop, originally broadcast May 11, 1956, 69 years ago, The Enormous Radio.  A newly purchased radio picks up voices from neighboring apartments instead of regular broadcasts.

Followed by The Man Called X starring Herbert Marshall, originally broadcast May 11, 1951, 74 years ago, The Elusive Countess.  Ken Thurston finds an elusive countess aboard an ocean liner en route to Hawaii, and a spy named George Korloff, dead for six months but recently seen in a bar in San Francisco!

Then The Mysterious Traveler, originally broadcast May 11, 1948, 77 years ago, I Won’t Die Alone.  Two crooks steal $254,000, but only one gets away. They meet seventeen years later. Hear another radio role from the guy who used to portray Ed Norton!

Followed by Lights Out, originally broadcast May 11, 1938, 87 years ago, It Happened starring Mercedes McCambridge. A young woman visiting Paris is kidnapped by a man claiming that her father owes him $150,000. Her adventures in the sewers of Paris include a madman who makes jewelry from the bones of the dead bodies floating past.

Finally. Lum and Abner, originally broadcast May 11, 1942, 83 years ago, $10,000 in War Bonds.  Lum and Abner finally come to a decision on what to do with the $10,000. The obvious answer is war bonds!
