Followed by The Adventures of Frank Merriwell starring Lawson Zerbe, originally broadcast November 27. 1948, 76 years ago, Surprise Play.   Frank and Bart inadvertently ruin a deal for a plot of land that Yale wants to buy. They try to make amends but succeed only on the gridiron.
