The expert, however, is diagnosed as having a fatal brain tumor...or is it?

Followed by Nick Carter Master Detective starring Lon Clark, originally broadcast August 12, 1945, 79 years ago, The Case of the Sick Statue. A housemaid writes Nick for help for a plague in the house she’s working in, along with a $5 retainer.  Carter goes to the house, and finds the housemaid dead!

Finally Claudia, originally broadcast August 12, 1948, 76 years ago. Claudia Cleans the Closet..
