Followed by Mystery in the Air starring Peter Lorre, originally broadcast August 21, 1947, 77 years ago, The Horla.  The famous Guy de Maupassant tale of the Frenchman tortured by an invisible creature. 

Then A Life in your Hands, originally broadcast August 21, 1952, 72 years ago, Dr. Allenby.  Dr. Allenby, a distinguished anthropologist, discovers the Kalare tomb in the Yucatan. He's found murdered under mysterious circumstances. Jonathan Kegg solves the case with the help of his tape recorder!

Followed by The Shadow starring Orson Welles and Margot Stevenson, originally broadcast August 21, 1938, 86 years ago, Murder on Approval.  A secret ruby mine uses slave labor, kidnapped from tourists in the caverns above. 

Finally Lum and Abner, originally broadcast August 21, 1944, 80 years ago, BJ Webster Pleads Guilty.  The trial of B.J. Webster is spoiled when he pleads guilty!
