Like many of this season’s shows, portions of a prior script (in this case from February 13, 1949 and February 13, 1948) were recycled.

Followed by The Halls of Ivy starring Ronald and Benita Coleman, originally broadcast February 13, 1952, 72 years ago, Dean Huxley. Does the Dean of Women have a grudge against Dr. Hall?

Then Abbott and Costello, originally broadcast February 13, 1947, 77 years ago, Lou Buys a Boat. Lou tells the story of Moby Dick. Trying to get a license for their boat, Lou winds up in the marriage license bureau. Finally launching the boat, the boys become ship-wrecked on an island. Bud has trouble reading his script. Lou reads a Valentine's poem to Bud.

Followed by Life With Luigi starring J. Carrol Naish, originally broadcast February 13, 1951, 73 years ago, Luigi Has his Tonsils Removed. Luigi is in the hospital to have a tonsillectomy.

Finally Lum and Abner, originally broadcast February 13, 1942, 82 years ago, Lum to Deliver Pamphlets. Abner is working on writing pamphlets for Mr. Diogenes Smith.
