We follow that with Gang Busters, originally broadcast October 22, 1949, 75 years ago, The Case of the Elusive Leader. The Hooker gang is finally caught, but Lopez Hooker soon escapes and has to be caught all over again.
Then The Line-up starring William Johnstone, originally broadcast October 22, 1952, 72 years ago, The Green Cap Case. The attendant at a gas station has been shot dead.
Followed by Escape, originally broadcast October 22, 1950, 74 years ago, The Time Machine starring John Dehner. The H.G. Wells classic story about two adventurers in the year 100,080 in the land of the Morlocks and the Eloi.
Finally, Superman, originally broadcast October 22, 1941, 83 years ago, The Crooked Oil Association. Thieves fall out. Don Larson is shot in the back, but isn't quite finished. Superman pow-wows with the Comanche Chief, while Connors and Chaney threaten Jimmy!
