Murder stalks a large estate along the Hudson River, fifty miles north of the city. The killer is apparently a bird of enormous size.
Then Gang Busters, originally broadcast September 22, 1945, 79 years ago, The Case of the Red Evening Dress. The story of Juanita Hanson, who lead William Harlen Crain to ex-convicts named Crane and Shakey O'Leary. The gang commits a series of crimes for Juanita, who wanted a red dress very much.
Followed by Dimension X, originally broadcast September 22, 1950, 74 years ago, Dr. Grimshaws Sanitorium. A mad Nazi scientist and his fiendish experiments.
Finally, Superman, originally broadcast September 22, 1941, 83 years ago, Metropolis Football Team Poisoned. "Dr. Wilson's" real identity has been revealed. Martha Hawkins is really his sister, and she's holding Lois Lane at gunpoint, planning to burn her brother's diary. Bud Collyer is Clark Kent/Superman, and Joan Alexander is Lois Lane.
