We follow that with Wanted, originally broadcast September 8, 1950, 74 years ago, FBI #15098 (Henry Clay Tolettr). The real-life story of a robber who has escaped jail told by those who were the officers and victims. 

Then Counterspy starring Don Maclaughlin and Mandel Kramer, originally broadcast September 8, 1949, 75 years ago, The Case of the Courageous Come-On.  A girl is "good at being bad" until she sees a blind spot. Is the sword mightier than the pen? After the drama, Vice President Barkley speaks about hiring disabled veterans. 

Next  The Mysterious Traveler, originally broadcast September 8, 1946, 78 years ago, The Symphony of Death.  Shortly after a composer buys three tombstones for his sisters, all three die of "unfortunate" accidents. 

Finally, Superman, originally broadcast September 8, 1941, 83 years ago.  Metropolis Football Team Poisoned.  The gorilla in the Doctor’s lab is released.  But Superman gets him back in.
