Connor McDavid played overtime hero while Jordan Binnington made some game-saving saves as Canada defeated the USA 3-2 in overtime in the championship game of the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Quinn Hughes will not be an option for Team USA in the final game of the 4 Nations Face-Off on Thursday night as he is not yet medically cleared to play.

With that in mine, I made my prediction (and took yours) as we preview the most highly-anticipated international hockey game over a decade!

We covered plenty of Canucks news as Thatcher Demko is out week-to-week with a lower-body injury, Drew O'Connor signed a two-year contract, and Quinn Hughes was named an injury replacement for Team USA....but we're not sure if he's going to travel to Boston or not.

Canada survived a late flurry from Finland to win 5-3 and set up a rematch against the USA on Thursday night in the final of the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Newcomer Drew O'Connor scored a penalty shot goal in overtime to lift the Vancouver Canucks to a 2-1 victory over the San Jose Sharks. Thatcher Demko made 33 saves and was 90 seconds away from recording a second straight shut out.
