The Canucks suffered a disappointing 5-1 loss to the Florida Panthers on a night they honoured Hall of Famers Roberto Luongo, Henrik Sedin, and Daniel Sedin.  More importantly, Thatcher Demko suffered an injury in the first period.  Hopefully it's not too serious!

The Canucks announced that Roberto Luongo will be enter the Ring of Honour sometime next season.   But would retiring his jersey be a more appropriate honour?

It was a disappointing return home for the Vancouver Canucks as they dropped a 5-1 decision to the Washington Capitals.  With his 2 goals, Alex Ovechkin inches closer to Gordie Howe on the all-time goals list.

Forward Vasily Podkolzin and defenceman Jack Rathbone have been assigned to the Abbotsford Canucks of the AHL.  Podkolzin has played in 16 games for the Canucks this season, while Rathbone has only appeared in 6 games.

With their 4-3 overtime win over the San Jose Sharks, the Canucks are now one game under 500 and one point out of a playoff spot.

Toronto Maple Leafs legend Borje Salming passed away today at the age of 71 after a 4 month battle with ALS.  As well, we look ahead to the Canucks games on the weekend, and we give away a pair of tickets.

The Canucks kicked off their three-game road trip in style by beating the defending Stanley Cup Champion Colorado Avalanche by a score of 4-3.

Spencer Martin was solid in goal and Sheldon Dries, Oliver Ekman-Larsson, and Ethan Bear all had 2 point nights.

It doesn't get any easier for the Canucks, as they prepare to face the defending Cup champions Colorado Avalanche on Wednesday night.

The Canucks gave up a 4-2 third period lead and lost 5-4 to the Vegas Golden Knights at Rogers Arena.  Despite the loss, the game was very entertaining and even included two disallowed goals.  

The Canucks had their most complete victory of the season on Friday night against the Kings.  They face a tougher divisional opponent Monday night when they face Vegas.
