In today's show, I explain how to enter my NHL Playoff Confidence Pool. As well, we collectively predict the NHL Playoff Bracket through a series of polls. The results may surprise you.

I break down the Vancouver Canucks' 4-1 loss to the Vegas Golden Knights in the season finale for both teams. I also touch on some of the biggest storylines of the season, and speculate a bit about the futures of Brock Boeser and Rick Tocchet.

Nikita Tolopilo made 15 saves in his NHL debut to help the Vancouver Canucks defeat the San Jose Sharks 2-1 in overtime. Quinn Hughes notched an assist to tie Alex Edler for most points in Canucks history with 409 points.

Vancouver Canucks defenceman Derek Forbort has a broken orbital bone courtesy of the cheap shot from Minnesota Wild forward Yakov Trenin last night. As well, Filip Chytil was back at practice today as he continues his journey back from his latest concussion.

It also seems like Thatcher Demko, Elias Pettersson, and Tyler Myers will all be shut down and miss the Canucks' final two games of the season.

Kiefer Sherwood and Dakota Joshua both had a goal and an assist in the Vancouver Canucks' 4-1 victory over the Colorado Avalanche. With the win, the Canucks sweep the season series, with three wins.

The Vancouver Canucks became the first team in NHL history to erase a three-goal deficit in the final minute of regulation in their 6-5 overtime win over the Dallas Stars.

With the win the Canucks have staved off elimination from the playoff hunt...for at least one more day.

With five games to go in this disappointing season, it's not too early to anticipate some of the biggest storylines that will likely dominate the final two weeks of the season and beyond.

These include (but are not limited to): Rick Tocchet's future, Thatcher Demko's next contract, whether or not Brock Boeser and Pius Suter will resign with the team, and what other players the Canucks might target in free agency.

The Canucks played well for half the game but it certainly wasn't enough to beat the Vegas Golden Knights. Aatu Raty, Elias Pettersson, and Kevin Lankinen had strong games for the Canucks.
