Joe Moore has spent a decade as the head softball coach at Clayton High School in Gloucester County. On his watch, the Clippers have become a dominant force, winning back-to-back NJSIAA Group 1 state titles in 2021 and 2022, despite being one of the smallest public high schools in New Jersey.
