He survived the infamous riots at the prison where 43 people died. The trauma he experienced at that prison has been a life-long struggle for him. Eddie is now a licensed alcohol and drug counselor, certified yoga instructor, meditation teacher, and certified peer support specialist. We can and do get better. His is a powerful story of redemption and recovery.
