Hundreds of thousands of protesters took to the streets all over the world this weekend, but do they really, truly know what they want? And what they are protesting? They carry the flag of a country that does not exist, they chant things that mean eradicate a country, but do they even have a clue. Or are they just happy to be on the other side of something?

The holidays are here, and the Blues are real. So how do you avoid them, or deal with them once they arrive? Well, I’ve got a few steps and tips as a fellow sufferer myself.
