Both, however, are desperately and urgently concerned about the state of the world's climate system, although they tackle the issue in slightly different ways - Violet through civil disobedience and Charlotte through School Stikes for Climate.
Charlotte also supports the "Make it 16" campaign.
Violet had been campaigning on the streets of Brisbane in August when she took time out to join those at The Green Institute conference, while Charlotte was one of the many speakers at the Saturday, September 9, conference, "Stepping up Together" organised by Robert Patterson.
