Eco-art isn’t about painting, it’s about engaging others to paint a better world, says eco-artist and former lawyer Xavier Cortada. Facing rising sea levels in his coastal hometown of Miami, Florida, Xavier started a movement around beautifully designed elevation markers highlighting the risk of flood damage.
