Former police officer confused about decisions bringing a health care worker to a gun fight.

August 20, 2020, Phoenix Police receive a call of a woman, suffering from mental health, threatening to kill her boyfriend with a shotgun. Police attend the scene with a health care worker. Why? She is clearly arrestable for uttering threats; what is the purpose bringing the health care worker to a gun call. Suspect refuses to drop shotgun and gets shot by police. Non life threatening injuries.

This video I dissect what occurred in Dallas Texas August 28, 2020. Suspect was high on cocaine, ran from his vehicle, broke into a residence, barricaded himself and was forced out by police. Possible excited delirium. Suspect stops breathing while in police custody and dies 5 days later in the hospital.

Hey guys I had no idea that there was an agency responsible for examining complaints of improper on-duty conduct by members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. I came across an article from the media titled "RCMP Watchdog Reveals Troubling Pattern Of Police Misconduct"
