In the second episode of The Clone Wars Season 7, we finally get a long lost Clone Trooper once thought dead, Echo!

He's alive! His condition, however, is another story.

Echo 'died' in Season 3 episode 19, however it seems the Separatists took what was left of him and turned him into General Grievous almost. What's even more interesting in this episode, is that Obi-Wan and Rex kind of know that Anakin and Padme are together.
