Whether you’re celebrating the end of a busy week or just soaking in some sunshine, this cocktail keeps things light, refreshing, and a little adventurous.
Here’s how to shake things up:
🌶️ Fill a tall glass with ice (chilled, because spice hits best when crisp).
🥃 Add 2 oz silver tequila for that clean base.
🍋 Squeeze in the juice of half a lime — bright and tangy.
🥤 Top with 4–6 oz sparkling mineral water (Topo Chico is the classic choice).
🌶️ Add a splash of jalapeño simple syrup or a couple of fresh jalapeño slices for that fiery twist.
Optional upgrades (because you like a little flair):
– Rim your glass with Tajín for an extra punch.
– Add a slice of cucumber for cool contrast.
– Muddle fresh herbs like cilantro or mint for an earthy surprise.

Just like a Spicy Ranch Water, your kids’ closet should be fun, functional, and have a little kick of personality.

🌺 Slowly drizzle ½ oz grenadine and watch those sunrise layers appear.
Optional upgrades (because you deserve drama):
– Garnish with an orange slice and cherry for that classic pop
– Add a splash of soda water for a lighter feel
– Swap in blood orange juice for a deep, sultry sunrise

Here’s how to shake it up:
🍋 Grab a glass and fill it with ice (because nobody likes a warm lemonade).
🍸 Add 1 oz vodka (or more) — your favorite kind will do.

🎉 Stir it up and get ready to smile.
Optional upgrades (because you deserve luxury):
– A splash of soda water for fizz
– A few muddled berries for a fruity twist
– Garnish with a lemon wheel and a sprig of mint (or lavender if you're feeling extra)

Welcome back to Closets and Cocktails! This week we highlight a gorgeous office/library while sipping on one of our favorite cocktails- a Hugo Spritz. Check out the recipe below and drink along with us!
Hugo Spritz Recipe:
1/2 ounce St-Germain
1 sprig mint
4 ounces prosecco, chilled
1 ounce soda water, chilled
Garnish: mint sprig
Garnish: lemon wheel
Here’s how I make this light and floral cocktail:
-Start by pouring a splash of St. Germain into a wine glass and toss in a fresh mint sprig. Gently press the mint to release the flavor — no need to smash it — then let it sit for about 3 minutes so the flavors can mingle.
-Next, add some ice to the glass, then pour in prosecco and a little soda water. Give it a gentle stir — just enough to mix it all together without losing the bubbles.
-To finish it off, garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a lemon wheel. It’s crisp, refreshing, and super easy to sip
Enjoy and we'll see you next time!

French 75 Recipe:
Here is the right way to make it!
-Start by adding some gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Toss in a good amount of ice, then shake it up really well until it’s nice and cold.
-Next, strain it into a chilled Champagne flute or a highball glass — you can add a few ice cubes if you like it extra cold.
-Top it off with sparkling wine until the glass is full, then finish it with a twist of lemon for a little flair.
That’s it — simple, bubbly, and so refreshing!
