GRQOTW for #67 - Playing in a foursomes stroke event at Wombat Hills, Andy the Average Golfer and Big P are partners.  On the 2nd hole, Andy the Average Golfer tees it up, tees off however hits the ball OB - while they are working out what to do next, they realise that Andy the Average Golfer has played from the teeing area of another hole, ie the wrong teeing area - who plays the next shot, from where and what stroke number will it be?
