Ann Hambly, CRE, is the Founder and CEO of 1st Service Solutions in Grapevine, Texas. Ann and her team have advocated on behalf of commercial real estate owners in resolving more than $25 billion in CMBS loans, including more than 2,000 successful loan assumptions. Prior to forming 1st Service Solutions, Ann led commercial real estate servicing for such firms as Nomura, Prudential, GE, and Bank of America. She is also the author of the best-selling book “CMBS 911.”
