Australia's Prime Minister, Scott Morrison (pictured) refuses to even begin working on reducing Australia's carbon dioxide emissions until he has a water-tight plan - his reluctance to even start on the absolutely necessary journey is simply a mistake.

Goals can only be achieved when they are announced and people are backed and given free rein to achieve them - those such as our PM need to step aside from his ideologies.
