  • Transformational coach, author, healer and teacher - Lion Goodman

My guest on today's show is Lion Goodman, Lion is a transformational coach, author, healer and teacher.  At the age of 26, Lion was shot in the head four times. This near-death experience kick-started his five decades of research into the nature of consciousness, developmental psychology, spirituality and healing.

He created the Clear Beliefs Method of trauma-informed therapeutic coaching, which he has taught to more than 500 coaches, healers and therapists around the world. His training is accredited by both the International Coaching Federation and Association for Coaching.

In a single session, Lion can eliminate a client’s limiting or negative belief from their subconscious mind, heal a childhood wound, or resolve a trauma from the past. The Clear Beliefs Method is a multidimensional approach to rapid, deep healing.

Lion has taught workshops and training around the world and authored 5 books, including Creating On Purpose, Clear Your Clients' Limiting Beliefs, and Menlightenment. He is a co-author of a new book, “Transforming Trauma,” with Joe Vitale, Marci Shimoff, John Demartini, and Christy Whitman.

  • Wizard Of Oz - Steve Sims

Welcome back to another episode of the coaching Call  I had the pleasure of Speaking with Steve Sims. If you can judge a person's success by who they have on speed dial, Steve made it his mission to fill his little Black book with the most successful people on the planet and is enjoying it. Over the past two decades, Steve has quietly become the Wizard Of Oz to the world’s wealthiest celebrities, professional athletes, and successful entrepreneurs.

He would be insulted if you called him a luxury “concierge” because that would imply that he’s picking up Taylor Swift’s dry cleaning and walking P. Diddy's dog. Sims’ clients already have people for that. They call Sims when they’re looking to drop a million dollars to get married at the Vatican or reserve a rocket to the International Space Station.

In 1994, six years before Sims formally founded his company The Bluefish, he’d already earned a secret society reputation as the go-to guy to make anything happen when “no” isn’t an option and money isn’t an issue. Sims isn’t without competitors, but while most of them tinker over private jet cocktail preferences like “glorified travel agents”, The Bluefish has built a global reputation for trafficking in one of the rarest commodities left on the planet—passion.

  • Crisis, Culture & Performance Specialist: Mark Ashby

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark Ashby, Mark is a highly-regarded specialist who uses past his experience as an Elite Paratrooper in the Australian army to assist multinational companies and their leaders in crisis awareness, cultural change & high performance leadership.

He has displayed an extraordinary ability to perform optimally under stressful scenarios through extensive experiences as a member of the Elite Paratroopers and other Specialist roles in the Australian Army, with Operational tours of East Timor.

Mark was deployed to Iraq as a team leader in the highly-dangerous private security sector for eleven years before returning to Australia to work as a senior risk consultant in the corporate world for six years.

Mark relied on rigorous training and discipline to carry out forty-one operational rotations, consisting of one thousand six hundred missions successfully completed during his time as a Close Protection Team Leader. Mark’s duties often took him to high-threat, hostile situations where he faced immense pressure to perform tasks in both covert and overt capacities with great emotional control, discipline and accuracy.

Having been attached to the U.S. military, the U.S. State Department and embedded with the Green Berets, Mark’s adaptability to extreme situations of crisis and armed conflict allowed him to oversee operations of the highest global, financial and geopolitical importance such as the first two independent elections in Iraq.

Mark also spent four years ensuring the safety and security of Australian Diplomats and Politicians as a close protection team leader at the Australian Embassy in Baghdad.

Since returning to the corporate sector & setting up my own consulting firm in Australia, I’ve been using my experience to assist senior members of multinational companies in leadership, crisis awareness and cultural change so they can become more resilient and adaptable. I recently completed my Master’s Degree with Distinction from Macquarie University in Sydney.

  • Next Level University - Kevin Palmieri - Podcast Coach/Consultant

I had the pleasure of having Kevin Palmieri on the show. Kevin is a Podcast Coach and Consultant.  Kevin has great insight on business and we also spoke on the benefits and fails of podcasting.

    Here's Kevin's Biography:

I am the CFO, Founder & Co-Host of Next Level University, a Global Top 100 Self-Improvement Podcast with more than 1,000 episodes and 600K+ listens in over 125 countries. Some people find rock bottom... I found out that rock bottom had a basement. In my mid 20's... I had it all. I had a beautiful girlfriend, high paying job, a sports car, my dream body... but I still ended up sitting on the edge of a bed debating suicide.

After my rock bottom moment, I went all in on holistic self-improvement. I was determined to overcome my anxiety, depression and to finally live the life I'd always dreamed of. Years later, I now host a podcast that impacts hundreds of thousands of people in countries all over the world.

At this stage, I've helped grow the podcast into a multi six-figure business, and I've recorded well over 1,000 episodes. I've also given hundreds of speeches, trainings and coaching calls with people all over the world.  The main thing that changed was ME.  I focused on learning what I didn't know (unlearning a lot too), and my life started to shift.  I love talking about Consistency, Commitment, Habits, Mindset, Confidence, Fear, Relationships, Limiting Beliefs and everything in between.  I believe in a heart-driven but NO BS approach to holistic self improvement, and I look forward to teaching even more people about what it really takes to get to the next level!

  • Mindset, Mechanics, and Motion with guest Merit Kahn

It's my pleasure to introduce you to Merit Kahn. Merit has coached & trained entrepreneurs and sales teams for more than 20 years... and people are always surprised when she tells them the secret is to "Stop selling... and start getting SELLected." by the way she's also a comedian.

Nobody wants to be sold, but people want to SELLect the right solutions to their challenges.

To do more deals, I teach what I call The Open for Business Framework so entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals can expand their influence, impact, and income without feeling pushy or aggressive.

The key is having your act together in three areas: Mindset, Mechanics, and Motion. Top performing sales superstars have a deliberately SELLected supportive sales Mindset, working knowledge of the Mechanics of a proven sales process, and are in a consistent sales Motion.

Oh, and because she's a stand-up comedian in her free time, she promises we'll have some laughs along the way... and yes, she'll keep it clean.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Gail Doby who happens to be an incredible coach.  Gail is co-founder of Gail Doby Coaching & Consulting, a firm that has helped designers, architects, and other creatives increase their profitability by up to 512 percent. • Destroying the Myth about Linkedin - Daniel Alfon

I had the privilege of speaking with and sometimes grilling Daniel Alfon on how to be more effective on Linkedin.  Join us with pen and paper as you'll be taking tons of notes as I did during our conversation.

Daniel is the author of "Build a LinkedIn Profile for Business Success", on LinkedIn since February 2004 (yes, you read right).

LinkedIn is an extremely powerful tool that's mostly misunderstood. After training thousands of people on LinkedIn, I developed a simple method that can help leaders reach their objective - without cold connecting, paying for a premium account, advertising or trying to become someone else.
