Jake Marine Corps, Taekwondo, where he became a black belt and an instructor, developed a training program for Steven’s Lopez runup to the 2004 Olympics. kinesiology degree, Top 10 CrossFit Gyms in America”, by Men’s Journal. won first place and took home the Affiliate Cup in CrossFit Games. Consequently, he closed the doors for good in April 2020. Jake refocused his career to offer mindset and lifestyle coaching with a focus on resilience coaching, where he helps people overcome extraordinary challenges

In late 2020, Jake partnered with his significant other, Rachel Sigl, in developing Ray’s 60 Days, Rachel has been a leader in the health and wellness industry for the greater Seattle area for the past 15 years. After a couple years she evolved her expertise by getting certified in classical Pilates and Lagree Fitness, launched women’s active sportswear.  

Rachel is a Joga certified instructor, joga (not yoga) introduced her to working with professional athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLS, NHL and MLB. She was recognized as the top Joga Trainer in the US.

Rachel decided to change directions and pivot to developing an online fitness company

Currently, Rachel launched “Ray’s 60 Days”, a lifestyle transformation program that focuses on busy professional women between the ages of 30-60 years old, who are looking to lose at least 10-pounds in 60-days. The program is based on four pillars: diet/nutrition guidance, workout programming, mindset coaching and accountability calls.

Jose has been a sales professional for over 20 years, many of which included management positions. He is currently the sales director for The Educational Funding Company. He is the founder and operator of Escobar Enterprises which includes The Entrepreneur’s Bookshelf (digital products and services for personal growth) and Fat Glass Marketing (social media marketing agency for restaurants and bars).

Reading books has always been a passion for Jose along his journey of personal growth. He reads about 1-2 books a week on a consistent basis and attends 4 major conferences a year. He is also in the speaking and coaching business helping others achieve high level business success.

He currently trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu together with his son Noah under Todd Margolis (Potomac MMA).

Today's guest is Julie Hruska.  Julie is the CEO of Powerful Leaders and a Certified High-Performance Coach with a MAEd. and RYT500. In 2010, Julie had an awakening. Today's guest is Loren Avedon, He received his first big “break” while working out in a Los Angeles Karate school.  Producer Roy Horan was canvassing the town in search of a replacement for Jean-Claude Van Damme and the lead actor in the film.  For the film, Horan was producing “No Retreat, No Surrender II, Raging Thunder” (Karate Tiger as it called in Europe) the lead called for a young man, over six feet tall who could act while also being a world-class martial artist.  Because of his dashing good looks, charm, and excellent kicks, and martial arts fighting skills, Horan decided to give Loren an audition.  The role was for an All-American boy with a Bruce Lee/Rambo side.  Loren beat out the more than 75 actors who auditioned and one week later he was signed to a 3 picture deal with Seasonal Films.  Variety called Loren “the Blued eyed Blonde haired Bruce Lee”.  Seasonal Films in Hong Kong had started the careers of Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Jean-Claude Van Damme.  The film was released in 2500 theaters across the United States and launched Loren’s career as a movie star with a $2700 per-screen average.
