My guest today is Stephanie Strupp, Stephanie is a Certified Progress Coaching Strategist for Progress Coaching, a coaching training company, based out of Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Her company specializes in teaching managers how to have successful conversations and coach their employees for greater talent development and retention. Before joining Progress Coaching, Stephanie spent 13 years with the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. During her time with the club, she oversaw the training and communication for over 50 front-line Ticket Office staff members, facilitated ticketing technical support and customer service, and managed Brewers Theme Night events. Stephanie currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, Nick, and their dogs, Ricky and Lucy, and snakes, Ka and Gonzo. In her free time, she enjoys reading, drawing, meditation, yoga, and kung fu.

My guest today is Chris Casamassa, Chris is a martial artist, actor, and stuntman who is best known for his role as Scorpion in the movie Mortal Kombat and the related TV show, Mortal Kombat: Konquest. He is the son of martial arts guru and Red Dragon Karate founder Louis D. Casamassa. (Chris co-starred on the TV series WMAC Masters under the call-sign "Red Dragon".)

Casamassa is also the President of the successful Red Dragon Karate Schools, which were founded by his father. As a national competitor on the North American Sport Karate Association circuit (N.A.S.K.A) Casamassa was the #1 form competitor in the country for four consecutive years.

Chris started his martial arts training in 1969 at the age of 4. He made his first-degree Black belt at the age of 10. His professional tournament career started in 1982 and when he retired from professional competition in 1992 he had amassed a string of titles: He was a 4-time national open forms champion, along with 2 national weapons titles, and a top 5 rated middleweight fighter. He then began a career in film and television, his most recognizable role being Scorpion in Mortal Kombat. His accomplishments in martial arts training continued during this time; he was awarded his 8th degree Black Belt in Red Dragon Karate in 2004.

My guest today is  James Carver, James is a pro wrestler, Event promoter and USA Boxing registered assistant coach. James an athlete at Wildcat Boxing Academy out of Franklin KY. Former MMA fighter with a record of 2-2 Had the privilege to work with WWE many times over the years and work with many legends in pro wrestling all over the country. Scott Grace started Wildcat Boxing Academy in 2019 and James has been assisting him in coaching and growing the classes.

The Park family struggled when they first arrived to America, being in a new land with a new language. They lived in the taekwondo school to make ends meet and lived without many comforts. The school and Grand Master Park grew their reputation and eventually moved to South Florida. This is where they established Park’s Taekwondo Federation, and eventually developed the World Martial Arts Research Federation. They developed a specific and detailed curriculum for their schools and to bring traditional and modern Taekwondo together.

My guest today is Guro Rocky R. Twitchell, Rocky is a Senior Instructor in Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do under the Larry Hartsell organization as well as a certified Silat Master with lineage from Indonesia. He is currently the Self Defense instructor of UC Davis Police Department.

Rocky started studying martial arts in 1982.  In 1991 he was the Utah Golden Gloves Champion at 147lbs and the 1991 California Diamond Belt Champion at 139lbs.  Rocky sought out Dan Inosanto and Larry Hartsell to continue his Martial arts training. Rocky became a senior instructor under Larry Hartsell and is currently a student under Dan Inosanto & Guro Willie Laureano.  Currently, Rocky mentors and teaches an outreach program for youth and adults in boxing and martial arts.  Rocky loves having the opportunity to teach men, women and children to protect themselves.
