My guest today is Kieran Gething, Kieran is originally from Abergavenny, a very proud Welshman and former captain of the national boxing team. Kieran is the current Welsh super lightweight champion as a professional Boxer.

Kieran runs a construction company and a sports shop in Pontypool. Naturally, I’m very busy but I’m also very motivated. These projects keep his mental health in good shape. He also wrote a book called Insight as a therapeutic aid. Kieran self-published it on Amazon and really enjoyed the whole thing.

What he loves more than anything is his little family. Kieran has two little girls and a beautiful wife who support and love him alongside.

My guest today is just in time for the fast-approaching summer swim season.  Mike Schwebel is from New Jersey and has spent the better part of his life near a pool either as a competitive swimmer or as a swim coach.  Listen to Mike discuss how his local summer community pool provided the opportunity to eventually become a Division I collegiate athlete which parleyed into swim coaching opportunities that have lasted over the course of 25yrs.  He also offers tips for the casual swimmer who wants to get back into the water this summer as well as simple suggestions that will improve your future swim workouts.  Mike swam in the NCAA Mid-American Conference and was part of the coaching staff that led their team to 7 NJ high school swimming state championships with Westfield High School between 2011 and 2016.

Upon arrival in Japan, he enrolled in Nihon Taiiku Daigaku, Japan’s esteemed Martial Arts University where he learned kendo/kenjutsu/iaido and all its applications. All his training and certification were through the Japanese Department of Education and Recreation. Shihan Abbott 7th dan has written and published five books.

Dana designed a US Patent and created a completely new niche in the martial arts industry. He has conducted seminars in over 30 countries and holds the esteemed rank of Shihan, which he obtained at the Hombu dojo in Yokohama, Japan.
