My guest today is Beata Zdanowska, Beata is a Certified Mindset Life Coach, based in New York City.

She helps unfulfilled professionals find their purpose and passion and take action with clarity and confidence. She is passionate about guiding women, especially immigrant women, through life blocks and struggles to find the ultimate fulfillment. She accomplishes that through building confidence, self-esteem, emotional intelligence, setting healthy boundaries, and alignment with intuition and the goals.

Beata immigrated from Poland in 1989 and went through many life blocks and difficulties to get to the fulfilling work as a life coach today. From cleaning houses, through managing million-dollar estates, to having the life of an entrepreneur, life taught her many lessons, which she now applies in her coaching program to help others avoid unnecessary time waste. Her passion is to guide others to their highest potential. Her mission is to inspire millions to act with purpose and passion.

Beata received her Master Mindset Life Coach certification at the Transformation Academy, an ICF accredited program with a focus on Confidence, Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT).

She is a graduate of all Tony Robbins programs and studies coaching every day and is working with a coach to dive fully into the process of transformation.

She is a spiritual meditation practitioner, yogi, tango dancer, sustainability supporter, the proponent of a healthy body and healthy mind, and most of all a lover of nature and the great outdoors.

Celeste was born in 1983 in Germany.

Her mother is Scottish / British / Caribbean and her father is Norwegian.

Celeste's parents were in the theatre, which created a career for her.   Celeste traveled to over 70 cities !!! She also toured internationally for 18 years working in lighting, props, and set design.

2016-2021 worked in mental health and alternative healing.  Celeste Lived in Europe, the Philippines, Fiji, and Australia.

Gina de la Chesnaye is a core faculty member of Second Response which tends to the emotional & psychological needs of people exposed to trauma, providing body-centered methods to relieve the harmful effects of stress, distress & trauma. Gina also leads trauma informed trainings and Care for the Caregiver workshops for clinicians and  street counselors. She serves as key faculty for The Lineage Project, bringing mindfulness based exercises such as yoga, meditation and Qi Gong to court involved or vulnerable youth and their support staff in New York City.

Gina is also the Founder and Director of The Nachan Project which serves the women and children of the Katwe slums in Kampala, Uganda and offers Mindfulness and Trauma Management Trainings to social workers, street counselors, trauma therapists and caregivers throughout East Africa.

Gina is the Trauma Resource Director of the International Center for Mental Health and Human Rights where she facilitates mindful movement, yoga and meditation, a component of the Contemplative Based Trauma and Resilience Training.

She is an alumna of the 2017 Harvard Global Mental Health Trauma & Recovery Certificate Program. She also offers Contemplative Care classes to the Columbia School of Social Work, NYU and Baruch College as a visiting lecturer. Gina recently lectured on and led Care for the Caregiver at the 6th Annual Joint UCPA (Uganda Clinical Psychology) and UBHA (Uganda Behavioral Health Alliance) conference at the University of Kisubi, Entebbe, Uganda.

She is a writer and photographer and has written numerous articles on yoga, meditation, martial arts and Buddhism as well as produced a series of portraits documenting the lives of the Sherpa and migrant communities in Nepal and the communities of the Katwe and Kisenyi slums in Uganda.

Dedicated to humanitarian relief, she has spent several years focusing on trauma and resiliency work with children in orphanages, schools, IDP camps and monasteries throughout Nepal with the volunteer organization 108 Lives. In March of 2018, Gina led a team of 13 volunteers.

In the darkness of that vocal loss, Lisa successfully shed over 77lbs without dieting, igniting a passion for fitness while cementing an

understanding of how the brain/body connection can transform.

Lisa is the creator of “Yes! Commit Do Live” a Book and program that teaches individuals how to live an ‘Age Defying Life’ while

attaining Brain/Body Connectivity. It helps people break through any age limiting barriers to experience wellness from the top/

My guest today is Vanessa Raymond, Vanessa grew up as a dancer and successfully accomplished her dream to work as a professional musical theatre performer after a lifetime of studying various dance forms and graduating with a degree in Musical Theater.  In 1994 she also graduated from beauty school as an aesthetician, cosmetologist, and massage therapist.

After retiring from the performance industry and running an in-home beauty business Vanessa pursued a career in the Fitness and wellness industry. She got certified as a Pilates instructor and also got certified in Yoga and Kettlebell training.

My guest today is Derrick James, Derrick has been named the Trainer of the Year by the World Boxing Association (WBA) for his great performance in 2020. The American trainer had an excellent year with top fighters such as world super welter weight Jermell Charloand World welterweightErrol Spence JR., thus earning the award.

Derrick has been an inspiring man who has helped great fighters recover from bad times. In the case of Charlo, the Texas native knocked out Jeison Rosario in a dramatic and spectacular way with a jab to the mid zone on September 26th. This is how he won the WBA, IBF and WBC 154-pound belts. 

He also helped Spence Jr. to return after a car accident in October 2019. The New York Welterweight defeated Danny Garcia and is the unified champion at 147 pounds.  Derrick is the only trainer today with two unified champions on his team.
