She moved into project management, certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt and was known as a Finance Change Expert running large-scale transformations. These included changing processes and systems but I was more intrigued by the human aspect and always aimed to balance the project delivery with what I valued; the development, personal growth and well-being of others.

Her vision now is to inspire professionals to create a culture of coaching and my mission is to motivate and empower others to discover their potential and inspire them to pass it on to others.

 

And her purpose is to be a catalyst for change, something she has been doing all her life.

Margreit shares her story of where in 2009 she met the perfect man just when she thought she was destined to be a single mum to her two children forever. And her perfect man just happened to come with two kids of his own. Nothing could prepare her for the reality of the challenges relating to co-parenting and step-family life. In her quest to find help and support for the step parent aspect, she became such an expert and had a passion to help others, this propelled her into coaching other families with these challenges, so she qualified as coach.
